Assists customers with the appropriate candidacy evaluation, fitting support, and training on use of Össur upper limb technology. Deliver thorough demonstrations and education on Össur's full range of upper limb products in multiple settings. Respond to technical inquiries, complaints, and clinical feedback from customers.
Responsibilities:
- Report on all field activity, training courses, and customer contact.
- Evaluate and implement education to reduce patient rejection.
- Assist Director of Academy in ensuring all team members meet technical competency standards of Upper Limb Prosthetics.
- Maintain their professional accreditation and standards.
- Continually reeducate on professional and technical knowledge of Össur compared to other manufacturer's products.
- Attend educational and professional conferences, review professional publications, and participate in professional societies.
- Maintain a healthy working relationship with their key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the collective knowledge, skill, and experience of the clinical team.
- All employees must be aware, have knowledge and shall have received general training in quality requirements of Össur. Training takes place in the onboarding process and in new employee orientation. More specific quality training is job specific.
- All training related to the quality management system is done in accordance with the training management process.
- Exercises good use of company funds and property within the set guidelines. Always maintains an honest and professional attitude as the company's representative.
- Contributes to a safe working environment by maintaining own workspace and reporting any potential hazards.
- Adhere to company's safety rules.

- ABC or BOC Certified Prosthetist (CP) or Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO).
- Bachelor's degree/or qualified health care professional

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $58,656 - $61,654 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
