Position Description:
- Support Adjunct Instructors and ACD Staff in general office responsibilities to include composing written documents, maintaining accurate records, performing data entry, and communicating with students and staff by phone and email.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task and work with limited supervision.
- Assist with verification and electronic storage of end of class packets.
- Demonstrate effective people skills, communication skills, and professionalism (i.e. - prepared, reliable, responsible, punctual, etc.)
- Participate in professional development opportunities as required by the ACD department.
- Assist with the creation of course notebooks and related paperwork.
- Assist with record keeping as required by regulatory entities.
- Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the mission and goals of Tulsa Tech's ACD program.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining curriculum documents and course supplies for early care & education courses.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
- This position requires a minimum of one year's experience with the following computer applications:
- MS Word - intermediate level of proficiency.
- MS Outlook - intermediate level of proficiency.
- Excel - Entry level familiarity with spreadsheet management.
