**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the campus environment.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards encountered during patrols throughout the educational facility.
+ Assist students, staff, and visitors with directions, information, and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed during incidents or emergencies.
+ Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, activities, and/or any unusual occurrences observed during assigned shifts.
