Position Purpose:

Entry level position where the Compliance Education Specialist is responsible for training customers on OSHA, HIPAA, and HazCom compliance/regulations via presentations, on site facility OSHA Evaluations / HIPAA Gap Analysis and customer consultation.

Key Job Activities:

  • Provide onsite services as designed to include presenting power point presentations, OSHA site evaluations and HIPAA gap analysis; Mystericycle.com system overview, completion of one safely plan and evaluations with recommendations

  • Assist with managing assigned territory/book of business; company expenses (i.e. travel, hotel, flights, etc.)

  • Respond to all phone calls and emails from customers to provide answers/resolutions to compliance questions and information needed to assist the customer with achieving compliance

  • Possess level of technology knowledge to enable you to utilize electronic technology to deliver and complete the onsite visit and upload customer documents/reports ASAP including but not limited to power point, word, excel, etc.

  • Continuously study and maintain current competency in the areas of bloodborne pathogens, OSHA, HIPAA and HazCom regulations to enhance proficiencies as well as continuing to study CDC protocols for health care workers

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Education:

Preferred Education: in Associates or Equivalent

Experience:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2+ Years of Experience, in a healthcare environment

  • Completion of 30-hour online OSHA training is required to be completed within first 6 weeks upon joining our Team; Completion of HIPAA certification at a later date upon joining our Team.

  • This position requires being on-site at Stericycle customer locations and complying with all of the customers' mandatory immunization requirements, including full vaccination against COVID-19. Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join their esteemed childcare facility in Fort Worth, Texas, US . This vital role focuses on developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and ensuring the highest standards of child development and care. The Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, supervising early learning activities, and providing guidance to childcare providers. You will play a crucial role in assessing children's developmental progress, identifying individual needs, and collaborating with parents and guardians to support each child's unique growth journey. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of child psychology, early learning theories, and best practices in early childhood education. Experience with curriculum development, classroom management, and child assessment tools is essential. You should be adept at creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating atmosphere that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and social-emotional development. This position requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, as well as strong organizational abilities to manage daily activities and record progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for young children.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Supervise and guide early childhood educators and assistants.
  • Assess children's developmental progress and provide individualized support.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to foster children's learning and well-being.
  • Organize and lead age-appropriate educational activities, games, and routines.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any concerns.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in early childhood education.
  • Conduct parent-teacher conferences and provide feedback on child development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education or childcare settings.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of child development theories and educational methodologies.
  • Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
  • Familiarity with state licensing requirements for childcare facilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Creative, patient, and empathetic approach to working with young children.
