Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Education Coordinator is responsible for organizing, directing and implementing an infrastructure for a systems approach to the market's Clinical Education Service Line. The Clinical Education Coordinator performs various management functions, including data entry, routine database maintenance, and standard report generation, verification and distribution, as well as support activities related to classroom coordination, registration oversight, documentation of participation, scheduling, and procurement of teaching materials. The Clinical Education Coordinator also serves as the market's HealthStream administrator.
In this role you will:
+ Coordinates the day-to-day operations of market Clinical Education Service Line, including coordinating nursing student placement and schedules and facilitating communication with clinical education employees. Seeks and implements strategies for operational improvement.
+ Supports clinical educators in scheduling classes, and ensures scheduled classes are properly set up with applicable education materials and equipment.
+ Supports the efforts of market and hospital personnel by providing prompt, accurate information necessary for the hospital to maintain accreditation standards of the Joint Commission, Medicare, Medicaid, and similar organizations.
+ Serves as the HealthStream administrator for the market, including building e-learning classes, maintaining student groups, entering data, and providing reports as needed.
+ Assists the Market Director of Clinical Professional Development to prepare and oversee business reports, including annual budgets.

Job Summary
Serve as a member of the President's Cabinet with executive responsibility to provide management and evaluation of instructional programs. Supervise assigned Associate Vice Presidents, Deans, and other functional units that support the accomplishment of the District's Mission, Vision, Core Values, and the continuation of the District's accreditation status. Has overall responsibility for services provided by these areas. In-person work on campus is an essential function of this position.
Essential Functions
Responsible for ensuring that the college provides qualified faculty and appropriate academic support services that carry out the mission of the college. Promote innovative and creative strategies in the delivery of instructional services. Promote a student-centered learning environment.
Provide leadership in the development of goals and objectives for instructional and workforce education, long range planning and related policies/procedures. Ensure compliance is being met with sponsoring agencies, state and federal standards. Implement approved programs and recommend modifications or changes.
Participate in executive level committees, act as liaison to community entities and workgroups as appropriate. Conduct special studies as assigned by the President of the College. Encourage excellence and innovation in teaching through the use of technology.
Supervise activities to meet student needs in support of the college mission, e.g. instructional committees. Ultimate oversight of a broad range of innovative student success initiatives, including, but not limited to, Veterans Resource Centers, First Year Experience Centers, and Family Friendly Centers. Responsible for participating in academic ceremonies, such as commencement.
Direct the development and execution of the fiscal plan for the areas of responsibility. Plan, develop, and administer annual budget requests and assume responsibility for department heads operating within the approved budgets. Support external funding activities.
Represent the division of Instruction and Workforce Education at the Board of Trustees meetings and other local, state, national meetings, and activities. Responsible for reviewing tenure policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree and eight (8) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Job Summary
Serve as a member of the President's Cabinet with executive responsibility to provide management and evaluation of instructional programs. Supervise assigned Associate Vice Presidents, Deans, and other functional units that support the accomplishment of the District's Mission, Vision, Core Values, and the continuation of the District's accreditation status. Has overall responsibility for services provided by these areas. In-person work on campus is an essential function of this position.
Essential Functions
Responsible for ensuring that the college provides qualified faculty and appropriate academic support services that carry out the mission of the college. Promote innovative and creative strategies in the delivery of instructional services. Promote a student-centered learning environment.
Provide leadership in the development of goals and objectives for instructional and workforce education, long range planning and related policies/procedures. Ensure compliance is being met with sponsoring agencies, state and federal standards. Implement approved programs and recommend modifications or changes.
Participate in executive level committees, act as liaison to community entities and workgroups as appropriate. Conduct special studies as assigned by the President of the College. Encourage excellence and innovation in teaching through the use of technology.
Supervise activities to meet student needs in support of the college mission, e.g. instructional committees. Ultimate oversight of a broad range of innovative student success initiatives, including, but not limited to, Veterans Resource Centers, First Year Experience Centers, and Family Friendly Centers. Responsible for participating in academic ceremonies, such as commencement.
Direct the development and execution of the fiscal plan for the areas of responsibility. Plan, develop, and administer annual budget requests and assume responsibility for department heads operating within the approved budgets. Support external funding activities.
Represent the division of Instruction and Workforce Education at the Board of Trustees meetings and other local, state, national meetings, and activities. Responsible for reviewing tenure policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree and eight (8) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

2. Experience planning, developing, and implementing goals and objectives.
