The Senior Superintendent will plan, manage and execute all aspects of significantly complex or multiple projects. + Provides management of subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow.
+ Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety, Quality and EEOC for a small project or a major portion of a larger project.
+ Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
+ Coordinates and manages the care, custody and control of the project site.
+ Leads various meetings including daily standup and weekly trade meetings.

The FinEd Technical PM will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from early-stage problem discovery and concept development to managing releases, QA and post-launch maintenance. They will guide the FinEd team on how best to prioritize product features relative to client and end-user needs and oversee technical project management for effectively collaborating with the Visa Tech team on product development. A strong technical background and excellent communication skills are essential for effectively synchronizing business and technical teams. The candidate will need to be comfortable toggling between strategy, project management and technical ideation with a proactive orientation to problem solving and bias for moving quickly to implementation in a start-up like environment.
This role reports to the Head of Financial Education.
Essential Functions
- Deliver and manage high-quality product solutions that improve or enhance our current digital product offerings as well as internal operations and workflows
- Maintain and improve existing products by monitoring usage and operational data, and incorporating feedback from regional and sales teams, clients and end-users
- Develop and deliver upon product roadmaps, ensuring appropriate prioritization
- Provide guidance on product architecture, UX design, and backend/frontend development, ensuring user-centric and engaging learning experiences
- Advise FinEd team on appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and tools to enhance product performance, accessibility, and adaptability for global audiences
- Stay abreast of trends in digital financial education, educational games and other digital education tools to inform our portfolio evolution
- Communicate effectively across different multi-functional groups and management levels with varying levels of technical expertise
- Identify digital solutions to streamline internal team operations
- Serve as primary point of contact for all internal and external technical counterparts and the FinEd technical subject matter expert for Visa clients, partners and internal teams
- Advise clients on unique or customized digital FinEd solutions and integrations, and support client implementation as needed

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
•5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
•Experience working in technical project management software such as Jira Align and Standard Jira and translating business priorities into technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
•6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
•5-8 years professional experience in technical product management, preferably for an educational product, managing complex technical products from ideation to launch and beyond
•Ideally bilingual in Spanish, French or Arabic
•Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategy leveraging client and end-user insights, market research and industry best practices in digital educational content delivery
•Proven ability to develop product prototypes to explore and validate early ideas with strong UX intuition and attention to detail
•Familiarity with Agile development, able to lead iterative product delivery cycles in a cross-functional environment
•High proficiency in project management and experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders while influencing without authority
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into a clear and compelling format in PowerPoint
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual & analytical rigor
•Disciplined self-starter and results oriented individual with the ability to roll up their sleeves and handle numerous projects concurrently
•A team player and collaborator, able to work well with diverse global stakeholders in a matrixed environment, ranging from junior to executive level
•Advanced level of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required
•Exceptional personal accountability and the highest ethical standards

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500.00 to 163,050.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Position Summary
The Program Manager oversees programs under his or her purview and leads activities that provide efficient and streamlined workflow in the Department of Surgerys Educational Initiatives.
