Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in curriculum development or program leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of child development theories and early learning standards (e.g., TEKS, NAEYC).
- Proven ability to design and implement engaging educational programs for young children.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creativity and a passion for fostering young children's learning and development.
- Experience in staff training and mentoring is highly desirable.
- CPR and First Aid certification.

Our progressive Architectural Team at our San Antonio, TX office seeks a talented Project Manager with experience in team leadership, direction, programming, design, coordination, technical execution/oversight, and client relationship. - Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
- Plan, direct and supervise the architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities of studies, design or construction documents of various scale projects.
- Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects, maintaining oversight to achieve goals of the firm.
- Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.

- 8+ years of professional experience, inclusive of 4 years of experience in K12 Education design
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program/school
- Registered Architect in the State of Texas is preferred. Candidates with related or similar professional experience will be considered.
- Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices, including project financial, schedule and resource planning.
- Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
- Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
- Engaging Communication style with clients, teams and consultants
- Must be quality minded and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities with intentional schedules.
- Experience and proficiency with educational projects preferred. Healthcare / Commercial / Institutional market experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with sustainability standards, Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma and Office Suite is preferred.
