Job Description

Project Management:
  • Ability to oversee, manage, and delegate on various projects with minimal oversight
  • Organize and lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Manage overall project financials, including developing and maintaining financial projections
  • Allocate estimates into accounting system
  • Identify cost codes, approve invoices, and manage budgets
  • Manage financials and accounting billings, change orders, and maintain schedules
  • Create monthly billings
  • Maintain trade partner and supplier budgets; select partners and suppliers
  • Manage billings, contracts creation, and contract buyouts
  • Team with Project Superintendent to execute all construction phases, including site visits
  • Collaborate with Project Coordinator to execute RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, purchase orders, etc.
  • Manage exemplary standards of quality, risk, safety, and compliance on and offsite
  • Complete additional training, safety/OSHA requirements as needed
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
Team Management:
  • Train and mentor new team members and be an ambassador of the firm
  • Provide leadership to the Project Management Team, including, but not limited to, managing
  • job assignments, facilitating career development and providing feedback on staff performance (including performance evaluations)

The Successful Applicant
  • 8+ years' experience within Construction Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering preferred, but
    not required
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with Owners/Clients
  • Previous experience with training, managing, or lead a team of professionals
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and all safety regulations
  • Intermediate level understanding of Microsoft Office, ProCore, and other PM software
  • Regularly required to move, sit, and bend for various hours throughout the day
  • Occasionally may need to travel and visit sites in inclement weather

The role focuses on expanding clinical training opportunities through strategic partnerships, innovative models, and operational excellence. The Director ensures alignment with accreditation standards, promotes workforce readiness, and supports community engagement through collaborative, cross-campus initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership and Site Development Serve as the primary liaison with Core Clinical Sites (Site Coordinators, Directors of Medical Education, Regional Assistant Deans) Develop and sustain strategic partnerships to grow and enhance clinical education offerings Identify opportunities for new site development and expansion of existing partnerships Ensure alignment of clinical education initiatives with institutional priorities and accreditation standards Program Oversight and Compliance Oversee third- and fourth-year clerkships, including the administration, quality improvement, and evaluation of student experiences across multiple training sites Lead the annual Clerkship Match process in collaboration with Clinical Education leadership Monitor compliance with Committee on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA) standards and integrate updates into clinical education practices. Job Description

As part of a Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) grant, this position produces, coordinates and implements various departmental training curriculum and may oversee specific departmental education programs within the Agricultural Experiment Station and specific to the Fisher Delta Research, Extension, and Education Center (FD-REEC). This would include but is not limited to, planning and assessing educational needs as well as evaluating and updating program materials and manuals on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathers preliminary resource inventory data and information on the physical features or agricultural and other natural resource sites Under the guidance or a supervisor or Research Scientist, the coordinator recommends to rand users a range of solutions or alternatives to develop conservation solutions. Incumbent assists University and NRCS staff with data collection as requested.
  • The coordinator provides technical support to the conservation planners in resource planning by utilizing applicable NRCS survey tools and planning software, and assists NRCS Staff with data collection as requested through the Field Office. This may involve travel to various research site locations, work in outdoor conditions, and use of various farm or research equipment.
  • Computes and plots engineering notes, prepares field sketches and drawings, and selects standard designs, modifying or adjusting them to site conditions within the limits of the incumbent's engineering practice review and approval limits.
  • Provides assistance with the implementation, checkout and certification of conservation practices, and assists in planning, designing, and layout. This may involve travel to various research site locations, work in outdoor conditions, and use of various farm or research equipment.
  • The Technical Assistance Coordinator schedules follow up with landowners/operators to check the progress of conservation practices under construction. Reviews and makes simple adjustments when necessary to practices according to research and/or NRCS Practice Standards and specifications.
  • The Technical Assistance Coordinator works closely with the Other Research Extension and Education Center (REEC) Coordinators and Outreach personnel to communicate implementation of practices and ensure training for internal and external stakeholders of the University and NRCS.
  • Assists the field office supervisor and the local Soil and Water Conservation Districts with local, state and national conservation program delivery and objectives as requested. Assists other stakeholders with completed practices to determine if specifications meet final certification.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Shift

7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Some evenings and weekends as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Agriculture is preferred. Experience with NRCS conservation practices desired but not required.

Anticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $18.87- $26.87 hourly.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
