The Special Education Teacher, under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator provides quality services to special education students, kindergarten through grade 12. The Special Education Teacher has a commitment to team participation in planning and implementation of student programs including special instruction, tutorial assistance and consultation with general education staff.

+ 8 students; 2 with intellectual disabilities, 3 with autism, 2 with MH diagnoses, and 1 OHI

‖ Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education or a closely related field of study.
- Meet all OH state teaching license and/or certification requirements.
- Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining an OH state special education instruction credential.
- Prior experience working with curriculum development, differentiation and instruction in a classroom setting.
- Prior experience and/or knowledge in special education services and compliance, particularly for students with severe learning, emotional behavioral disorders, and/or other related disabilities.
