The Special Education Teacher, under the direction of theSpecial Education Program Administrator provides quality services to specialeducation students, kindergarten through grade 12. The Special Education Teacher has acommitment to team participation in planning and implementation of studentprograms including special instruction, tutorial assistance and consultationwith general education staff.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited universitypreferred
+ Valid state teaching certificate as required by state,contract/district regulations
+ Minimum of one year experience in teaching environmentpreferred
+ State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard ElementaryTeaching preferred
+ State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard SecondaryTeaching preferred
+ State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard Special Teachingpreferred
+ Endorsement: Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) preferred
+ Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age

Saint Joseph Health System has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified Family Physician (American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians) to join Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center (SJRMC) as a full-time Associate Director of the Family Medicine Residency within the Graduate Medical Education (GME) department Iocated in Mishawaka, Indiana. The SJRMC Family Medicine Residency was one of the first in the state of Indiana, beginning in the early 1970s. Since its inception, it has grown to a 9/9/9 program with a one-year Sports Medicine Fellowship program. Strong Pharmacy and Podiatric residencies comprise the remainder of GME at this location. The residency, as well as the residents' and faculty's out-patient practice are located directly adjacent to our inpatient facility.
Under the direction of the Family Medicine Residency Program Director, the well-qualified candidate will provide direct administrative, supervisory, faculty and direct patient care functions within the program, with emphasis on assigned specialized academic and medical services. Maintaining clinical skills by providing direct patient care to all patients (pediatric to geriatric), the ideal candidate will also maintain skills and knowledge specific to the practice of Obstetrics.
In addition, interested applicants must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives (ERDs) for Catholic Health Care Services. This is an exciting opportunity for the right Family Medicine physician to be part of a growing practice.
