+ Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.

**Minimum Experience:**
+ High School diploma is required
+ Some warehouse/distribution experience is preferred

Job Description

Health Advocates Network is seeking a **Special Education Teacher (SPED)** to work at a Facility in **Colorado Springs , CO.** This is a registry position with our company.
**Pay Rate:** $55 / hour
*W2
**Shift:**
+ Day 5x7.5-Hour (07:00 - 14:30)
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
+ Provide direct instruction in a variety of subjects, tailored to the unique needs of each student
+ Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the success of each student
+ Monitor student progress and make adjustments to instruction as needed
+ Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field
+ Valid teaching certificate in special education
+ Experience working with students with disabilities
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
+ Must have up to date certification in the state of **CO**
+ 37.5 hours/week
+ Colorado Teaching License required with credentials for the subject matter/age group
