- Lesson Plan Development: Create effective lesson plans that include accommodations and consultation with general education teacher as needed. Plans should accommodate various student levels, include procedures for assessing knowledge, outline the content standards addressed, and specify the curriculum used. Adapt the general education curriculum according to needs outlined in the IEP.
- Supervision of Paraprofessionals: Oversee and direct paraprofessionals assigned to the classroom. While Program Supervisors and Site Administrators will assist in supervision, it is the teacher's primary responsibility in the classroom.
- Implementation of PBIS Program: Manage the classroom's Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) program, including tracking behavior points, maintaining the student store, and communicating with parents/guardians.

ABOUT THE CENTER FOR HEALTH INFORMATION SHARING & INNOVATION (CHISI)
The Center for Health Information Sharing and Innovation (CHISI) supports the meaningful sharing of data to address social drivers of health, center community power, and promote systems change. We plan, incubate and implement data driven, multi-sector policy and program initiatives that improve public health, healthcare and social sector systems.
A signature CHISI project funded by the Cook County Bureau of Economic Development, IPHI serves as the backbone organization for the community-centered Chicago Regionwide Community Information Exchange• (CIE). A Community Information Exchange, or CIE, is a network of health and social service organizations and agencies that develop shared governance to support the health-related social needs of community members who face multiple, often related, challenges (e.g., food insecurity, unstable housing, and access to health care).
JOB SUMMARY:
The Training and Education Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enable both internal CIE staff and external partners to effectively use the shared CIE platform, interpret data, and adhere to data-sharing protocols. This role ensures that all participants in the Community Information Exchange (CIE) network are equipped with the knowledge and skills to contribute to coordinated care. The role is central to fostering a culture of continuous learning and equitable engagement, supporting both onboarding and ongoing capacity-building.
This position is full-time, exempt. The CIE is led by a Managing Director, who is supervised by the CEO, and who will work closely with the Center Director. IPHI's standard work week is 37.5 hours.
The IPHI operates in a dynamic funding environment, and the availability of specific program funding may evolve over time. While the position you are applying for is currently supported by existing funding, future changes in funding sources could impact the associated program. IPHI is committed to supporting our staff and will work to transition employees into other programs within the organization should program funding shift. - Continuously revise training content based on stakeholder feedback, regulatory changes, and emerging implementation needs
- Ensure training reflects trauma-informed, equity-centered, and person-first principles
- Facilitate training sessions across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, self-paced), adapted for different learning styles and professional backgrounds.
- Communicate proactively with partner organizations and internal teams regarding training schedules, participation expectations, and technical requirements
- Serve as a key point of contact for training-related support, both internally and externally
- Support the documentation and dissemination of policies and protocols that ensure accessible and inclusive training experiences
- Track knowledge gaps and partner/staff adoption trends to improve content design and delivery
- Collaborate with CIE leadership, consultants, and technology vendors to ensure training initiatives are strategic, consistent, and timely
- Foster trust and engagement through culturally sensitive, person-centered training approaches tailored to diverse stakeholders
- Facilitate grant process; write drafts of proposal narratives and budgets

Position Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree in public health or a related area is required (or equivalent of 4 years of Public health-related experience)
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare, public health, social services, business, or social sciences research, or in another related area is required
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with adult learning principles required
- Experience managing or leading training strategy for cross-sector partnerships strongly preferred
- Expert understanding of Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook

The Clinical Education Consultant (CEC) works collaboratively with Field Sales and Project Management to provide education and clinical expertise during pre-sale, installation, and post-sale activities. The CEC consults with the customer during the planning phase to develop education programs to train customer end-users to meet our customers' unique needs. The CEC provides remote and/or on-site support during installation, including pre-implementation classroom education on the clinical application of our patient monitoring solution. This is a highly impactful role to the customer experience and the overall success of Spacelabs monitoring solution implementation.
This role requires 90% travel including driving and flying. Qualified candidates need to live within 1 hour of an airport.
Responsibilities- Provide customer training on all clinical applications of equipment specific to the care area. Provide webinars and remote and/or on-site meetings to assist the customer in gaining an understanding of the Spacelabs Solution while determining best practices.
- Assess and document clinical workflow in the various care area departments using Spacelabs equipment.
- Outline recommended options that address the best use of Spacelabs Solution. Assist with the development of hospital procedures for Spacelabs Patient Monitoring Solution before customer education and implementation.
- Work with Clinical Education Program Specialist to develop customized clinical documents and product training tools based on workflow processes.
- Work with Clinical Education Program Specialist to get customers set up with e-learning.
- Adhere to Spacelabs established education format and customer protocols.
- Work closely with Clinical Solutions Specialist and other internal partners (e.g. Sales, Service, Project Managers, Clinical Solutions Manager) to coordinate installation and training events at the assigned customer site, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide comprehensive product training to hospital clinical teams and physicians on the Spacelabs Solution including:
- Pre-install training
- User-specific classes to enhance training to workflow responsibilities
- Enhanced Resource User Training
- Physician training on Clinical Access
- Manage and organize all required documentation and training records for FDA and other regulatory compliance for all clinical training.
- Support customer go-lives covering various shifts
- Periodically perform evaluations of the utilization of Spacelabs clinical solution at customer sites.
- Communicate all relevant customer information including product and/or customer feedback or opportunities to appropriate Spacelabs personnel.
- Participate in departmental clinical presentations.
- Develop and track metrics, benchmarks, and success criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of training.

As part of this process, may be required to submit personal information to a credentialing service company, to provide proof of vaccinations or related medical information, and to comply with other requirements needed to be able to work at the customer site.
- May be required to complete applicable US federal background checks and meet requirements for access to US government facilities and/or government IT networks.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must be based within one hour of an airport.
