Position Overview:
As a Clinical Education Specialist, you will thrive within the framework of professional nursing practice. Partnering with nursing leadership and the Health Care Team, you will facilitate training, education, and professional development. Your role will involve assessing, planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating projects and programs for staff, faculty, patient populations, and the community. Your work will ensure role competence, adherence to regulatory standards, and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- BSN required
- 3 years of active clinical experience, with at least 1 year in an acute care setting
- BLS certification required
- Current CT RN license
