Salary: $1312 / Week
The Special Education Teacher, under the direction of theSpecial Education Program Administrator provides quality services to specialeducation students, kindergarten through grade 12. The Special Education Teacher has a commitmentto team participation in planning and implementation of student programsincluding special instruction, tutorial assistance and consultation withgeneral education staff.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited universitypreferred
+ Valid state teaching certificate as required by state,contract/district regulations
+ Minimum of one year experience in teaching environmentpreferred
+ State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard ElementaryTeaching preferred
+ State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard SecondaryTeaching preferred
+ State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard Special Teachingpreferred
+ Endorsement: Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Works under supervision to provide high-level support to Special Education Department and Special Education Leadership team byidentifying business challenges and opportunities. Uses data analytics to challenge assumptions and to help influence changes tooperations, processes, and programs. Strategically collaborates with subject-matter experts across all Special Education and Central Office service areas on projects to clarify goals and objectives and improve overall service and operational performance of the department. Also provides communication support and project management and strategic support to the Special Education Director.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage projects assigned by Special Education Director by assisting in the planning and organizing of the assigned Special Education programs or initiatives; develop a project plan and identify team members asappropriate; lead data and strategy team and cross-functional project teams.
  • Design methods to track the effectiveness of new initiatives, such as return on investment analysis and recommend decisions based on the outcomes.
  • Identify project tasks and appropriate representatives to assist in completing project; identify, analyzes, measure, andmanage project risks and opportunities; align work across offices-within the district as a whole- and reviews plan of actionwith Special Education Director.
  • Perform project and data analysis, manages risks, identifies and influences necessary course corrections, creatively solvesproblems, and communicates program or project status and activities with Special Education Director. Assists with developing, coordinating, and recommending changes for the improvement of workflow in the program or section area.
  • Leads a team for tracking all deliverables and progress made against milestones or projects; communicates findings, and provides regular updates and reports to the Special Education Director and leadership team via formal presentations or written reports.
  • Ensure the right decision-makers review and provide feedback on appropriate documents and/or proposals; provides a synopsis of
  • Provide support in the development and measurement of departmental smart goals, key performance indicators, and objectives; evaluates the departments performance across all areas to ensure targets and goals are met; manages the communication and regular update of all Special Education-related goals to Special Education Director and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare any deliverables or documents, as needed for special meetings including Cabinet, Board, and externalstakeholder meetings on behalf of the Special Education Director; prepares and maintains special internal and external reports, as requested.
  • Conducts periodic audits of department activities to ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures; assists in the development, revision, and implementation of Special education policies and proceedures.
  • Assist in the management and development of a strategic communications plan and ensures the plan is executed for all Special Education related areas; oversees all Office of Special education related communications to all parties; school-level employees, central office employees, and the public. develops responses to inquiries from various stakeholders regarding issues related to the department.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the district to ensure communication regarding Special Education Department activities aligns appropriately with other messaging and activities; solicits feedback from employees oncommunications, as appropriate and adjusts as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.

**Summary**
We are looking for a Beauty Sales & Education Ambassador (Freelancer) to support Tatcha's Sales & Education team supporting with Sephora and Ulta retailers.
+ Weekly Hours: 8-12 hours per week (including work on some weekends, evenings, events & holidays)
+ Territory: Birmingham (Sephora and Ulta at The Summit)
+ Hourly rate: $25.00 to $8.00 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Educate Sephora/Ulta sales associates on Tatcha skincare and sales techniques
+ Drive store sales within territory to meet sales targets
+ Build strong, collaborative relationships with store-level personnel
+ Manage inventory at store level in accordance with Sephora/Ulta operational procedures
+ Work closely with the Tatcha Account Executive to schedule calendar and advise of any stock issues as they arise
**Who You Are**
+ You have a strong sales background in beauty, with a strong passion for education and sales in a retail environment
+ Possess stellar sales and communication skills, have flexibility and thrive in a fast-paced environment
+ You have experience developing in store relationships with Sephora and/or Ulta BAs.
+ You are a natural salesperson with a drive to achieve goals alongside Sephora and/or Ulta BAs
+ You are familiar with Sephora and Ulta policies and procedures
**Requirements**
+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in prestige beauty and/or retail sales environment
+ Sephora and Ulta experience strongly preferred
+ Have experience developing in store relationships
+ Must be accountable and reliable with good time-management skills
+ Must be results-oriented and able to report sales at the end of their work day
+ This position requires work on some weekends, evenings, and holidays
