  • Proficient at writing detailed analysis and reports.
  • Effectively organize and maintain confidentially of child’s records and other documentations.
  • Follow all state laws and regulations as it pertains to Early Intervention, CPSE/CSE special education.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • Current New York State Licensure and/or Certification in Special Education
  • Knowledge of MS Word and comfortable with working with computer systems.

Summary:
Job Profile Summary
Manages the day-to-day operations of one or more training program(s) in collaboration with the Program Director(s) and GME Administrator and is an essential member of the training program team. Requires a comprehensive and detailed understanding of the ACGME accreditation process and manages the program's compliance with the Affiliation Agreement with the ACGME-recognized Sponsoring Institution. Assists the Program Director in the recruitment process and ensuring the program's involvement in all activities mandated by the ACGME-recognized Sponsoring Institution (i.e. CLER, QI, PQRS, AIR, and Resident Well-Being Subcommittee). Serves as a liaison between the training program and the GME Office at partnering organizations, attending Training Program Administrator (TPA) meetings of the Sponsoring Institution. Provides leadership and direction to trainees to facilitate their professional and personal development.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

1. Associates Degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of administrative experience in a Graduate Medical Education (GME), healthcare, or educational environment; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of administrative experience in a Graduate Medical Education (GME), healthcare, or educational environment.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ACGME Fellowship Program requirements
  • Experience with tracking/documenting service hours, conference attendance, reporting obligations
  • Exp coordinating trainee interviews and onboarding incoming trainees Familiarity/exp with MedHub and/or other trainee specific program
