Job Description

Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking a full time Special Education Teacher to provide school-based services for a local school district in Fort Washington, PA.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Assessing children's skills and learning requirements
+ Designing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs)
+ Collaborating with parents and school staff to track students progress

Job Description
**Position Summary** **:**
The principle objective of the Clinical Education Specialist is to train surgeon customers on the Imaging, Navigation and Robotics product lines based on customer needs to improve patient outcomes. Core job responsibilities will also include conducting, creating and implementing continuing clinical education and product training for the field-based support teams as well as corporate-based employees and assisting with customer activities in the field. This requires knowledge of the operating room and working within a team to support selling and training activities. Travel is required for some trainings and field activities.
**Essential Functions** **:**
+ Maintains in depth technical knowledge of Imaging, Navigation, Robotics products as well as applicable procedures, anatomy, and implant products.
+ Provides educational support for new surgeons, OR staff and administrators during INR system installations and ongoing customer needs
+ Participates in the Train-the-Trainer process and to act as a best-practices coach to Globus field team members
+ Improves patient outcomes by ensuring surgeons and the field team are properly trained and prepared to support patients with Globus Medical products
+ Contributes to the design and improvement of the training and certification programs
+ Provides comprehensive hands on training to potential customers through cadaver bioskills labs
+ Collaborates with Training manager to create clinical and product content, processes, programs, curricula, and trainings to align with business objectives

**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
+ Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Assist with visitor management, including logging guests and issuing visitor passes as needed.
+ Communicate professionally with students, faculty, staff, and/or visitors to address inquiries and provide information.
+ Support emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal and/or location personnel.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate authorities or Allied Universal management.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
