**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Participates in organizational analysis consulting projects for school districts and state education agencies.·

+ Proven experience in behavioral support, including de-escalation techniques
+ Ability to provide academic support in classroom settings
+ Strong skills in data collection and behavior tracking
+ High school diploma required
+ Comfortable working in sub-separate classrooms and with students exhibiting behaviors such as aggression, eloping, flopping, or self-injury
Minimum Requirements:
+ High School diploma or equivalent required

+ Current CPR if applicable

+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
