Creating Opportunities for Physical Activity (COPA) is a physical activity and nutrition initiative in seven K-5 elementary schools in Wilmington, CA. COPA works to build a culture of daily physical activity and healthy eating on school campuses and in the surrounding community using a peer coach model. 1.
