As the Clinical Education Manager, Orthodontics you will ideally have a strong background in curriculum development, with proven experience designing comprehensive orthodontic education pathways. This includes collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support content creation, such as presentation materials and clinical education decks.
You will often fill the role of train-the-trainer, delivering operational support for optimal customer onboarding and product training to our external customers. Additionally, this position will collaborate with sales, sales training, marketing, R&D, operations, and the customer care teams globally to provide overall educational support to serve SureSmile customers. A high level of competency of an orthodontic treatment planning software navigation, functionality, clinical applications, toolsets, practice integration, features and updates as implemented is imperative.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the development of structured educational pathways and curriculum tailored to orthodontic professionals, ensuring alignment with customer learning journeys and business goals
+ Collaborate with KOLs and subject matter experts to co-develop clinical presentations, lecture content, and training materials
+ Provide strategic oversight for curriculum design across various educational formats (e.g., live, virtual, on-demand), ensuring content is clinically relevant, engaging, and up-to-date
+ Develops training courses related to SureSmile technology/products for external customer for primary use on SureSmile with ability to be utilized across all SureSmile customer delivery vehicles
+ Identify appropriate educational content for beginner, novice, intermediate, and advanced SureSmile customers including and not limited to both aligners and fixed orthodontics.
+ Assist in the development, update, document control, and derived digital content from source documents to produce training materials that adapt to each audience, are easy to understand, and ultimately drive exceptional customer onboarding towards utilization growth and superior patient outcomes

+ Assist with webinar trainings for local, regional, division, and global learners
