As the Clinical Education Manager, Orthodontics you will ideally have a strong background in curriculum development, with proven experience designing comprehensive orthodontic education pathways. You will often fill the role of train-the-trainer, delivering operational support for optimal customer onboarding and product training to our external customers. Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the development of structured educational pathways and curriculum tailored to orthodontic professionals, ensuring alignment with customer learning journeys and business goals
+ Collaborate with KOLs and subject matter experts to co-develop clinical presentations, lecture content, and training materials
+ Provide strategic oversight for curriculum design across various educational formats (e.g., live, virtual, on-demand), ensuring content is clinically relevant, engaging, and up-to-date
+ Develops training courses related to SureSmile technology/products for external customer for primary use on SureSmile with ability to be utilized across all SureSmile customer delivery vehicles
