- Ensure Compliance & Maintain Records - Follow Department of Education regulations, company policies, and FERPA. Participate in the IEP process, complete documentation, ensure confidentiality, and follow safety protocols including PPE use.
- Develop & Support Instructional Plans - Create individualized lesson plans aligned with IEP goals, review lessons for consistency, and observe classrooms to evaluate curriculum, staff, and resource needs.
- Manage Behavior & Foster Safe Environments - Implement effective behavior management strategies, apply non-violent crisis intervention techniques, and train staff to maintain a safe, productive classroom setting.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders - Engage with Special Education Directors, parents, IEP team members, and school districts to enhance student support. Participate in team, district, and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Train Staff & Assess Students - Conduct staff training based on assessed needs, administer educational assessments per protocol, and observe students in home districts for enrollment or transition planning.
- Active PA Teaching Certification is required, such as a Private Academic Certificate or Level I/II Pennsylvania Instructional Special Education Certification (K-12).
- Bachelor's degree in Education, preferably Special Education
- Minimum of 3 years classroom teaching experience, preferably in Special Education
- Master's degree in Education, preferably Special Education
- Experience with behavior management programs and curriculum development

Job Description
Provides curricular and evaluation and assessment support for clinical experiences in the medical students third and fourth years to ensure that the learning objectives for every student in the region are met during clinical education experiences. As a representative for academic and student affairs in the region, is responsible for meeting with students as needed and making appropriate referrals for additional personal and or academic support. Workswith clinical faculty and the administration of the regional campus to facilitate this educational imperative.
Job Duties
+ Work closely with the administration and faculty to ensure that a quality curriculum is delivered, ensuring that clinical experiences meet departmental and medical school learning objectives for each student to develop individual competencies.
+ Produce and coordinate individual student's schedules in conjunction with the Regional Campus Managers Coordinate activities and work with other departments to provide services as needed or requested by students or faculty.
+ Provide as-needed, regionally based pedagogical faculty development activities to support the development of the regional clinical faculty (all disciplines) working closely with the regional administration.
+ Assists students with difficulties in their clinical experiences.
+ Support the Education Directors with the periodic review of the goals and objectives for the clerkships and complete appropriate forms and data entry to ensure detailed curriculum mapping of academic years three and four of the program curriculum.
+ Produce the materials that support the curriculum, including preparation for didactics, readings, conferences, podcasts, webinars, student learning management system based materials etc.
+ Conduct assessment and evaluation activities.
+ Review portfolio development throughout the third year experience especially with regard to completion of competencies with the Regional Education Coordinators.

The Program Administrator is responsible for the accreditation and non-clinical operations of the Graduate Medical Education program. Requires a comprehensive and detailed understanding of national accreditation policies and organizational policies, as well as a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. Job Duties
Responsible for partnering with the Program Director(s) to ensure continued program accreditation. Tracks residency(s) and fellowship(s) procedure and case logs. Responsible for the oversight of accreditation site visit preparation and execution. Serves as a system administrator of the residency and fellow data management system for the residency(s) and fellowship(s). Creates and maintains system to comply with accreditation requirements and requirements set by Graduate Medical Education. Includes evaluations, duty hours, resident and fellow files and portfolios, call schedules, competency verification process, on and off boarding, rotation schedules, and policies and procedures. Responsible for annual program activities of graduation and new house staff orientation in partnership with house staff coordinator. Handles the residency(s) and fellowship(s) interview process, preparation for and execution of interview days, assisting with the rank list, Monitorsi and tracks resident and fellow's and coordinator's credit cards. Partners with the Program Director(s) in program budget planning and monitoring a member of the Graduate Medical Education Network. Works collaboratively with office and clinic managers in areas of residency and fellowship education and clinical intersection. Procures, updates, assigns and instructs residents and fellows of technological initiatives expected of their positions. Work is typically performed in an office environment.
