This role provides executive oversight of the Company’s Underwriting Trainee Program, including the development and execution of a comprehensive training curriculum, recruitment participation, and program management.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a comprehensive commercial lines underwriting training curriculum
Deliver technical training on risk assessment, pricing, underwriting guidelines, policy issuance, finance, actuarial principles, regulatory compliance, and claims management
Collaborate with underwriting leadership and human resources to recruit and retain high-caliber underwriting trainees
Facilitate small group training sessions and case study exercises to enhance learning outcomes
Develop and oversee assessments and testing processes to ensure trainees meet learning benchmarks
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
5+ years of commercial property-casualty underwriting experience
Required experience in excess and surplus lines underwriting
Experience in participating in or developing comprehensive commercial insurance underwriting training programs or materials
Strong knowledge of commercial underwriting fundamentals and best practices
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $150,000 to 210,000

Assistant Director Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the School
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting
Ensure compliance with state childcare licensing regulations
Staff Management:
Support the recruitment, training and supervision of staff
Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for teachers
Manage and ensure the proper training of all staff members
Curriculum and Program Development
Assist in the implementation of a high-quality educational program
Ensure that the educational programs meet the needs of all children
Support teachers in creating engaging and effective lesson plans
Family and Community Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families
Address parent concerns and provide regular communication regarding their child’s progress
Promote the schools within the community and participate in outreach activities
Health and Safety:
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors
Conduct regular safety drills and maintain emergency preparedness
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility

Associates of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field
