- Collaborate with parents and guardians to foster a strong home-school connection and support children's learning at home.
- Assess children's progress and development, providing feedback and recommendations for individual learning plans.
- Stay current with research and best practices in early childhood education, child development, and pedagogy.
- Ensure compliance with relevant educational standards, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment, even in a remote setting.
- Develop and facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators and parents on various early childhood topics.
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning and program evaluation of early childhood initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with young children in an educational setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and instructional design for early learners.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and virtual learning platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
- Experience in training or mentoring educators is a plus.
- Knowledge of state and national early learning standards.
