The Sr. Email Marketing Specialist is a power user of email marketing platforms with an understanding of email automation, how to influence engagement with a variety of target audiences and uses email marketing analytics tools to measure ROI of email efforts for the various branches and departments of DHI Mortgage and DHI Financial Services. The position will work on multiple projects and campaigns at a time.
Essential Job Functions
· Strategize, plan, and manage the day-to-day content of all email marketing initiatives that contribute to the overall communications goal and positively maintain the companys brand
· Build and execute email campaigns, including list building, segmentation analysis, browser and testing and email publishing
· Develop, execute, and analyze email automation and workflows for various branch and department needs
· Develop, execute, and analyze A/B testing for optimal email performance
· Monitor and drive email campaign targets reporting and tracking processes, along with testing methodologies and results reporting
· Audit the creative for all emails to ensure link and landing page accuracy as well as proper tracking parameters etc.; providing creative direction and hands-on execution when needed
· Regularly report on campaign and lifecycle marketing program performance to Marketing Managers
· Prepare reports, presentations, and general updates as often as needed to audiences of varying technical expertise and levels of responsibility
· Determine target audience, devise campaign, and launch email campaign to create buzz or generate leads for the business
· Work with Design and other cross functional teams to audit and test email campaigns
· Use email analytics to re-define current processes and procedures
· Provide feedback and analysis to branches/departments on their email marketing initiatives
· Act as lead specialist for other email marketing positions providing guidance and direction as needed

The CRM Email and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for tactical strategy, execution and reporting of outbound email and SMS campaigns for the US market. This role will report to the CRM and Email Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self?starting, direct-to-consumer-focused marketer who has a passion for using email & SMS to create meaningful 1:1 consumer experiences, individually and at scale. Responsibilities
- Execute CRM channel communications, with a focus on the CRM campaign calendar including email & SMS with some additional support as needed on triggered and dynamic programs.
- Perform day-to-day CRM marketing activities including, but not limited to, email and SMS campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
- Monitor & document KPIs against set baselines for Open Rate, Click-to-Open Rate, Conversion, and Unsubscribes.
- Own and write campaign specs for upcoming calendar moments.
- Collaborate with CRM Team to optimize channel initiatives.
- Identify and execute A/B testing opportunities
- Present to peers and leadership on email & SMS performance
- Maximize proven technical skills and success in cross-collaboration to translate needs of the business and take action
- Align with external partners to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing, IT, and Creative teams
- Manage, prioritize and deliver on ad hoc requests.
- BA/BS in Online Marketing, Marketing Communications, related fields or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise level ESP (i.e. Braze, Bluecore, SFMC)
- Knowledge of developing and executing email (HTML) and SMS marketing campaign strategies
- Comfort collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in CRM, customer analysis and reporting (Tableau, Segment, Google Analytics)
- Attention to detail while able to grasp the big picture
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Empowered to independently and creatively problem solve to move a project forward

Humana's Marketing organization is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager who specializes in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Next Best Action (NBA) execution to join the team as a Senior Product Manager working anywhere in the US. As a Specialist in NBA Execution, you'll play a hands-on role in translating strategy into real-time journeys using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
You will Lead all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, you will monitor the efficacy of products and use customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjust products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes.
**Key Role Functions**
+ Configure, test, deploy, and iterate personalized journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer based on NBA strategy
+ Collaborate with the data analytics team to build, refine, and validate audience segments in Adobe Experience Platform using real-time behavioral signals and profile attributes
+ Partner with lifecycle marketers, data scientists, and channel leads to activate journey logic and improve targeting
+ Conduct rigorous QA across events, wait steps, personalization rules, and cross-channel triggers
+ Monitor performance and resolve execution issues; partner with analytics to refine logic and improve outcomes
+ Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for AJO/AEP capabilities; upskill others on best practices in journey orchestration

+ 3+ years of marketing operations or lifecycle marketing experience
+ 2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform

+ Effective communicator across technical and business teams; detail-oriented in managing journey flows
+ Comfortable working in pod-based or agile cross-functional environments
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Adobe certifications in AEP or AJO are a plus
+ Familiarity with Adobe Real-Time CDP, XDM schemas, or event tagging
+ Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services)

**This role is a 100% remote role anywhere in the US and will primarily operate on Eastern Standard Time business hours.**
