About the Role

We are looking for a Field Service Tire Engineer to join our North American team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and engaging with customers in real-world applications. You’ll spend about 50% of your time in the field , working with customers to evaluate product performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide engineering support. The rest of your time will be spent analyzing data, planning field evaluations, and collaborating with internal teams to drive product improvements. This role will report directly to the VP of Product Management.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the technical expert for customers and field sales teams across North America.
• Conduct on-site product evaluations, analyze real-world performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Investigate and resolve warranty claims with OE and aftermarket customers.
• Provide hands-on technical training to sales teams and customers.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements based on field feedback.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to keep our products ahead of the market.
• Collaborate with design engineers, quality teams, and manufacturing teams (including overseas).
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and gather feedback.

What You Need to Succeed

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with commercial vehicles, tires, or off-highway applications (agriculture, construction, forestry).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical data and field conditions.

Qualifications

The Integration Field Engineer is an engineering management position responsible for providing technical engineering oversight and design team management for engineering projects for which they are assigned. This technical management role is responsible for financial, resource allocation, logistic and technical leadership of projects and has the capability to mentor and train staff under their supervision.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design and develop intra-switchgear and inter-equipment control systems

• Design and develop site-wide Sequence of Operation (SOO)

• Conduct vendor coordination and submittal review and factory witness test to ensure equipment are produced to spec and conform with all design-build requirement

• Design and develop safety mechanical, electrical, and or electromechanical interlock systems

• Design and develop system wide automation systems using PLC or RTAC style industrial controllers, including but not limited to: System overload prevention, multi purpose busway interlocks, load management systems, generator plant load curtailment systems, Gen plant start and load controls including selective load pickup and load shed schemes, etc.

• Design and develop SEL/ABB/Siemens relay protection and logic settings such as MTM transfer schemes using mirrored bit communication or hardwire

• Design and develop SEL/ABB/Siemens relay IEC61850 based protection and control logics

• Strong understanding on power system and provide power system failure analysis, event analysis or SOE analysis and or develop a metering / triggering system to conduct such analysis.

• Act as Engineer of Record for projects within their responsibility.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.

• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required for this position.

Control Systems Field Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Control Systems Field Engineer to support the startup, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of control systems software. This role requires strong technical expertise and a client-focused mindset, with regular interaction on-site with both internal teams and customers.

Qualifications:

The Control Systems Field Engineer directly supports the Government customer at headquarters and conducts inventories of Control Systems at locations under the organization's purview. The preferred candidate will be well-versed in common Control Systems Architecture design principles and possess operational knowledge of standard Control System processes. Working Conditions
Requires working on-site and traveling. The work is performed in both office and field environments and requires the candidate to facilitate meetings, training, and develop briefing material for senior leadership. This position interfaces with multiple teams and stakeholders as well as with the Department of Public Works (DPW) and the Department of Emergency Services (DES) Plant DCS, OSI PI team, and Scheduling team. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
+ Serve as the primary point of contact during all phases of the inventory.
+ Lead onsite inventory activities, producing highly detailed inventory information of FRCS, ICS, and SCADA systems.
+ Read and review Electrical schematics for Control Systems.
+ Troubleshoot TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC, and network communications issues (can vary greatly depending on SCADA system and protocols in use).

We are seeking experienced and entry-level CMT professionals, Special Inspectors, and Geotechnical Inspectors for diverse projects in the Raleigh-Durham area. This opportunity is available for individuals who are interested in joining the profession, with current needs at Tech II and Tech III levels.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct testing, analysis, and quality control of materials.
+ Perform grain size analysis, Atterberg Limit testing, moisture-density testing, ASTM and NCDOT hydrometers, and laboratory resistivity testing for soils.
+ Perform aggregate grain size analysis, specific gravity of fine and coarse aggregates, and dry rodded unit weight for aggregates.

+ Associate's degree with 1 year of relevant experience
+ 7 years of industry experience in lieu of a degree
**Level II:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience
+ 7 years of industry experience in lieu of a degree
**Level III:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience
Skills, Experience, & Abilities
+ Troubleshooting:
+ Experience with electro-mechanical systems
+ Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, 3D models, and mechanical assembly drawings
+ Familiarity with wireless communication systems
+ Technical:
+ Proficiency with Windows operating systems
+ Experience in device programming
+ Understanding of networking concepts, hardware, and software
+ Knowledge of wireless technologies
+ Communication:
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
+ Ability to remain professional and composed in challenging situations
+ Experience interacting directly with customers in technical environments
