Leads a team of Branch, ATM, and Office market planners and specialists responsible for translating strategy into action plans at the local market level for Truist's office and retail real estate consisting of ~2,000 properties.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the development and socialization of comprehensive, multi-year strategic market plans for all Truist Real Estate (corporate offices, branches, and ATMs).
- Lead market plan realization through robust site evaluation and selection practices and routines.
- Partner with Distribution Analytics in the development of office, branch, and ATM investment frameworks and optimization tools to drive consistent and dependable decision making.
- Support strategic program development (Denovo, Closure, Renovation) and BAU network management governance routines (lease renewal and capital expenditure processes).
- Manage tracking and communication of branch and ATM activities to ensure seamless transition to project development and execution partners.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of retail banking concepts and subject matter expertise in geospatial, statistical, and business analysis to identify and assess business opportunities, and serve as a cross-functional advisor to all areas of the Physical Distribution and Workplace Strategy team
- Enable Executive Management decision making and promote adherence to network strategies across LOBs and business areas through effective, influential communication
- Business leadership of CRA Regulatory Retail Services Test subject matter expertise to effectively balance the risks and opportunities presented to the firm
- Provide leadership and guidance to senior level positions and guide teammate development around critical business objectives
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Geography, MBA or equivalent work experience
- 10-15 years of experience with strong background in geospatial analysis, business analysis, and retail banking distribution
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), Geographic Information Systems (preferable ESRI / Alteryx), and Business Intelligence tools
- Project and Program Management, Influential vertically and horizontally; strong negotiation skills
- Geospatial / Statistical / Business Analysis
- Strong managerial skills and team leadership experience
- Excellent business partner relationship management and communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Independent decision making and judgement with adherence to strategic choices and recommendations
- Prioritization of key deliverables
- Ability to synthesize abstract concepts and requests into actionable insights
