Job Overview
We are seeking a visionary and executional Senior Executive Creative Director to lead and elevate the visual and verbal identity of our clinically tested, dermatologist-approved skincare brand. This role is responsible for crafting and executing a unified brand strategy that reflects both our scientific credibility and emotional connection to consumers.
Youll oversee a multidisciplinary team of creatives and collaborate cross-functionally to bring our products and purpose to life across every touchpointfrom product packaging and digital campaigns to in-store storytelling and social content. Brand & Creative Direction

- Manage external agencies and partners as needed, with a strong POV on what should be built in-house
Content, Campaigns & Storytelling
- Oversee concept and execution of brand campaigns, social series, product launches, and community moments
- Guide the creative behind influencer collaborations, ambassador-led content, and earned moments
- Push storytelling beyond productintroduce new visual languages, new content formats, and new emotional entry points
- Keep the brand fun, fresh, and always evolvingwhile never letting go of substance or strategy
