Our client is seeking a highly strategic and accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment efforts. This impactful role, based in Baltimore, Maryland, US , is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and hire top-tier candidates across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, employer branding, candidate experience, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. You will manage a team of recruiters and work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and build robust talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruitment guidance.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts, building pipelines for underrepresented talent.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent partners.
  • Stay abreast of labor market trends, competitive compensation, and talent acquisition innovations.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing strategic recruitment programs for various business functions and levels.
  • Extensive experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
  • Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective talent pipelines and employer brand.
  • Experience in managing and developing a recruitment team.
  • Proven commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.
