Job Description
Support strategies to help drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduce costs and overall business improvement. Partner with leadership to deliver financial and strategic results through the utilization of Financial Planning & Analysis of best practices. Support corporate FP&A (financial planning & analysis) processes, initiatives and reporting within Operations.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Facilitate Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and tools within the Region
+ Support Region management in preparation of the monthly business review for corporate
+ Support Region management in the preparation of the quarterly Business Review
+ Support the Region finance team is the monthly close process
+ Collaborate with Sysco Business Services in the monthly process to ensure a timely accurate close
+ Develop, and deploy tools and processes across the organization as business defines
+ Perform customer incentive analysis and propose recommendations
+ Provide support cross-functionally with all departments on both local and corporate initiatives
+ Financial modeling and ad hoc analytics
+ Perform other duties as assigned
**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
+ MBA Degree
**Experience**
+ 1+ years of Financial or business-related analysis experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Professional Skills**
+ Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills and broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to deal with a diverse group of people
+ Must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently and capable of working with little direct supervision

This role is ideal for an individual with strong attention to detail, experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving process improvements. Responsibilities:

**Job Summary**
Responsible for analysis of financial reports, trend, and opportunities. Includes evaluation of and recommendations relating to business opportunities, investments, financial regulations, and similar financial projects or programs. Duties include gathering, interpreting, and evaluating financial information; generating forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance and other areas of business; Creating financial models for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc.

Position Overview:
Eaton's Accounting and Finance Internship Program combines both accounting and finance, by giving each participant exposure to Eaton's accounting and finance functions. During the 12-week paid internship, students will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our operations and will be coached and mentored by Eaton leaders.
As a participant in the program, you will complete assignments that will give you the hands-on experience to get started in your career. These assignments may include working as a plant financial analyst in one of our manufacturing facilities, or financial accounting in a business group or division headquarters or internal auditor in a corporate function.
After completion of the internship and upon graduation, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you to a variety of career paths, such as Eaton's Accounting and Finance Development Program. Position Overview:
Eaton's Accounting & Finance Development Program is a two-year rotational program intended to develop leadership skills and increased responsibility throughout each rotation cycle. As a participant in the program, you will complete two, six-month rotations in one location, and one, one-year assignment at a different US location.
