**Responsibilities**
The Senior Finance Planner is a member of the finance team and provides financial, strategic, and predictive analysis and reporting to the organization. This role will regularly collaborate with the Director, the site CFO, site operational leadership and enterprise colleagues to coordinate and provide predictive models and forecasts supported by data and analytics to proactively identify emerging trends and future financial considerations. The Senior Finance Planner will partner with leadership to develop new analytics and tools that further improve forecasting which drives improved operational performance. In addition, leverages data, analytics, and statistical modeling to design the annual budget and lead the budgeting process. The Senior Finance Planner will mentor and assist in developing staff with an eye towards continuous improvement, efficiencies in processes and developing future planners. Actively communicates and presents information to various senior leadership audiences at the site and institutional level. Stays abreast of emerging issues and risks within the industry and serves as a champion in identifying and implementing industry best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate project financial reporting results for submission to corporate finance and project management.
- Prepare labor and ODCs (Other Direct Charges) for client invoicing and cost reporting; ensure all costs on the invoice are accurate, appropriately supported and reconcile to the accounting system.
- Assist program control staff with ad hoc financial and cost analysis as requested by program management and corporate finance.
