**Summary:**

**Required Job Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's Degree with three years' experience OR master's degree a 1 year of experience.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Assists in the submission budgets. Identifies opportunities and recommends implementation of process changes to
support greater efficiency and usefulness in the budget creation and tracking.
2. Tracks monthly performance and financial data into an executive dashboard.
4. Create various financial analyses reports as needed.
5. Coordinates preparation and submission of financial reports and other paperwork.
6. Tracks or coordinates the tracking of paperwork and maintenance of appropriate copies.
7. Develops and maintains strong, collaborative working relationships with key contacts including Finance
8. Prepares routine reports for management distribution (i.e. volume, CMI, FTEs, space, patient service
revenue, etc.)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, including budgets and forecasts, to support organizational goals.
- Prepare accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for various stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed schedules and supporting documentation to validate accounts and transactions.
- Perform account reconciliations and record accruals to ensure financial accuracy.
- Provide support for audits and tax-related processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with investor relations teams to address inquiries and due diligence requests.
- Drive the execution of special financial projects and provide assistance with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Proficiency with business systems such as CRM, Confluence, and Crystal Reports.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing practices.
- Experience with data mining techniques to extract and analyze financial information.
- Knowledge of capital management and budget processes.
- Ability to produce accurate financial statements and supporting documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Job Description
+ Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages for assigned entities
+ Maintain, review, and analyze all general ledger accounts
+ Perform overall income statement and balance sheet analysis
+ Oversee the accounting and operations for multiple private investment vehicles
+ Assist with accounting and operations of private equity real estate funds
+ Support the team in all investment fund accounting
+ Analyze processes for improvement
+ Recommend and implement process changes where appropriate
+ Prepare analyses to support annual financial statement audits and the preparation of tax returns

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Analyze business unit performance on a monthly and quarterly basis focusing on critical business drivers
+ Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting efforts, setting timelines and coordinating with team members to define deliverables
+ Establish a relationship with Group VPs of Finance, business unit controllers and corporate staff
+ Lead month and quarter end close processes, tracking and communicating financial results to senior leadership
+ Maintain financial reporting systems and tools, partnering with IT to suggest and implement system enhancements
+ Develop various financial models such as debt offerings, financial projections and rating agencies
+ Assess applicability and lead adoption of improvements and enhancements on existing processes (e.g. Robotic Process Automation)
+ Monitor and assess the Company's internal control environment. Provide recommendations for enhancements and best practices
+ Special projects as assigned or directed such as acquisition analysis, Board presentations, etc.

+ Preferred: Minimum 3 years of work experience in accounting, financial analysis or internal audit, experience analyzing balance sheets, proficiency in PowerPoint, familiarity using Hyperion Planning and/or PBCS"
