**Position Responsibilities**

+ Update monthly forecast for assigned department based on business changes. Communicate changes to partners by providing specific, applicable, and forward-looking commentary on the changes and guidance on potential risk.
+ Support the preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan (AOP) and strategy.
+ Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards and reports related to productivity programs.
+ Lead finance wide-projects, projects will vary depending on our needs.
**Position Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting or technical degree)
+ 5+ years of progressive experience in operational/financial analysis in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
+ Understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain finance and product costing.
+ Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
+ Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
+ Demonstrated critical thinking skills, including applying analytics, benchmarking, and insights to produce meaningful strategies and solutions.

**Compensation:**
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

**Summary:**
The Senior Financial Analyst is a senior level (individual contributor) Healthcare Finance position with direct responsibility for aspects of Financial Planning and Analytics, Budgeting, and Forecasting to support various RUSH entities. As an integral member of this team, this Senior Financial Analyst will have autonomy in determining the best and most appropriate approaches to support our constituents. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Analyze business unit performance on a monthly and quarterly basis focusing on critical business drivers
+ Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting efforts, setting timelines and coordinating with team members to define deliverables
+ Establish a relationship with Group VPs of Finance, business unit controllers and corporate staff
+ Lead month and quarter end close processes, tracking and communicating financial results to senior leadership
+ Maintain financial reporting systems and tools, partnering with IT to suggest and implement system enhancements
+ Develop various financial models such as debt offerings, financial projections and rating agencies
+ Assess applicability and lead adoption of improvements and enhancements on existing processes (e.g. Robotic Process Automation)
+ Monitor and assess the Company's internal control environment. Provide recommendations for enhancements and best practices
+ Special projects as assigned or directed such as acquisition analysis, Board presentations, etc.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
+ Required: Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university majoring in Accounting, Finance or a related field
+ Strong Proficiency in Excel
+ Preferred: Minimum 3 years of work experience in accounting, financial analysis or internal audit, experience analyzing balance sheets, proficiency in PowerPoint, familiarity using Hyperion Planning and/or PBCS"
