**Job Summary**
Dominion Energy is looking for an Associate, Mid, or Senior Financial Analyst to join the team in Richmond, VA. There is one position which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate's education, experience, knowledge skills, and abilities.
This role supports the development and maintenance of company's consolidated short-term and long-range budget/forecast as well as corporate strategy. Responsible for performing the complex set of activities associated with forecasting, analyzing, summarizing, and reporting financial results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in support of quarterly earnings calls, senior leadership meetings, and board presentations. Partners with other teams in the finance organization to forecast consolidated cash flows, debt balances, and rating agency credit metrics. Supports treasury and tax teams in the development of the financing plan and tax strategy. Leads financial analysis and develops presentations supporting capital allocation decisions (acquisitions, divestitures, organic growth capital, etc.). Performs ad hoc financial analysis with a focus on modeling impacts to EPS, cash, and credit metrics. Works with senior management and business unit finance teams to develop and monitor corporate strategy based upon latest market trends and regulatory landscape.
**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience**
**Associate Financial Analyst:** 0-3+ years of financial management or related experience (i.e., FERC / SEC / GAAP accounting, energy trading industry, etc.) is required. (Note: A Master's degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more experience will be rounded up to one full year).
**Financial Analyst:** 3+ years of financial management or related experience (i.e., FERC / SEC / GAAP accounting, energy trading industry, etc.) is required. **Job Summary**
This role will support the Dominion Energy Virginia (DEV) Generation Rider & Project Construction Support Finance & Business Services team in achieving short-term and long-term business strategies. Establish timelines and coordinate all relevant data submittals needed to prepare DEV Generation Rider filings, monthly earnings forecast updates and Long-term Plan earnings updates.
Prepare long-term revenue requirement Excel models needed for DEV regulatory Rider cost recovery filings and Long-term Plan earnings updates.
Maintain long-term revenue requirement calculations in the Company's financial planning system, Anaplan, for assigned Rider projects, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement and revenue requirement impact to customers.
Identify and troubleshoot needed system enhancements and process improvements related to the semi-annual Long-term Plan update submittals.
Perform ad hoc financial analyses as needed to support daily operational decisions.
**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience**
**Financial Analyst:** A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant financial experience is required (i.e.- financial management and analysis/accounting standards and practices). 
**Senior Financial Analyst:** 5-7 years of directly related experience is required (i.e.- financial management and analysis/accounting standards and practices).

At CoStar Group, our finance group centralizes transaction processes, providing accurate reporting, financial resolutions, and proper forecasting analysis. We are searching for an exceptional Financial Analyst who will join our Sales Finance team in Richmond, Virginia. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting the accurate and timely calculation and payment of sales commissions for CoStar's over 1,300 salespeople as well as other Financial Planning and Analysis responsibilities.  In addition to the monthly calculation of the Commission payments, the Analyst will be responsible for increasing the communication, efficiency, and transparency of our commission plans to our sales force. 
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Analysis of sales commission on month to month/year to year and other ad hoc reporting
The Analyst will also be responsible for working with our Financial Planning and Analysis team and Sales Leadership on monthly reporting and forecasting of our company wide commission expense. 
The Analyst will help in the design and creation of our yearly commission plans as well as any new commission plans that arise throughout the year.
Partner with sales leadership and other internal groups (finance and HR) to assist in incentive plan and tracking analyses; perform quality control to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
Maintain comprehensive commission plan documentation.
Maintain sales force communications to foster a greater understanding of the Commission Plans.
Create ad hoc reports/analysis for business unit heads and executive management.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
