- Intermediate electrical troubleshooting
- Execute PMs during planned stoppages to include focus on project work installation, tag closure, standard procedure creation, and work order execution
- Work with vendors as needed for start up, improvement and modification of equipment
- Train operators on equipment standards and technical training modules as needed
- Understand losses of equipment and develop plans to reduce downtime based on highest loss machine per line
- Vacation support for senior production technicians (crew leads)

As the **Production Line Lead** , you will play a key role in overseeing the manufacturing and packaging processes within our liquid and dry production lines. You will lead a team of production staff, ensure operational efficiency, uphold quality standards, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of machinery and processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):**

+ Ensure all finished products meet quality standards, including proper labeling and palletizing.
+ Maintain in-depth knowledge of all machinery and equipment in the assigned area and ensure compliance with safety protocols. (See Appendix)
+ Collaborate with supervisors and product managers to develop and execute production schedules.
+ Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements in coordination with team members and supervisors.
+ Lead by example-train, motivate, and communicate expectations clearly to team members.
+ Manage team assignments, optimize workflows, and foster effective communication.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
+ Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
**What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment; experience in the fertilizer or chemical industry is preferred.
+ Proficient in operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
+ Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
+ Experience in packaging and labeling is a plus.
