Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour
Shift: 1st Shift Mon - Thur 4am - 2:30pm
In this role, you will prepare ingredients for food production, operate food production machinery, sanitize and maintain tools and equipment to USDA standards, follow food safety and quality assurance procedures, collaborate with team members and work independently as needed, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Basic Hiring Criteria
+ At least 1 year of prior food production experience
+ Experience in large-scale food preparation preferred
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
+ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
+ Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
+ Ability to work independently and take initiative
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

**What you will be doing** :
+ Feeding cool & hot pans/trays to the line
+ Applying shipping labels
+ Garnishing products
+ Repackaging and reworking products
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Ensure accuracy of production codes, labels, and packaging materials.
+ Follow standard food manufacturing procedures and processes.
+ Operate and adjust coder machines as needed.
+ Return unused materials to designated warehouse locations.
+ Clean and shut down equipment at the end of the shift.
