**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
+ Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
+ Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master's degree or other advanced degree.
+ 10 years of experience in an external facing strategic partnerships role.
+ Experience navigating sensitive industry issues (e.g., privacy, infrastructure, or platform shifts) and shaping partner dialogue in constructive ways.
+ Experience managing partnerships with global agencies, trades, or ad tech, with a track record of driving collaboration and alignment across complex initiatives.
+ Knowledge of digital advertising and monetization models.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, policy, go-to-market) and translate partner needs into actionable insights.

This role leads Chrome's engagement with key trade associations and global agency holding companies to drive understanding, alignment, and adoption of Chrome's business generation initiatives.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**
+ Manage relationships with "Tier 1" publisher/ad tech/advertiser trade associations, and global agency holding companies.
+ Shape and execute Chrome's North America strategy for industry and agency engagement in collaboration with product, engineering, IR, GCAS and policy teams.
+ Act as a strategic advisor by capturing partner perspectives and providing feedback to product and executive stakeholders.
+ Foster constructive industry dialogue that secures contributions, informs strategy, and advances ecosystem alignment.
+ Drive positive industry sentiment and understanding of Chrome's initiatives.
