We are seeking a dedicated Order Entry Clerk to support our team by managing inbounds and outbound orders using our WMS and SAP systems. You will ensure customers are kept informed about shipments through daily reports, schedule inbound shipments, and perform a range of related tasks. This role will focus on a specific customer account and requires communication with clients via email and phone to process orders efficiently.
Responsibilities
+ Post inbound and outbound orders in the WMS and SAP system.
+ Keep customers updated on shipments through daily On-Dock Reports.
+ Schedule inbound shipments and perform various related tasks.
+ Communicate with clients via email and phone to process orders.
+ Answer phones, check in drivers, and process all orders in the WMS system.
+ Collaborate with a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to process 100-200 orders per day.
+ Respond to approximately 30 calls/emails from other customers daily.
+ Perform data entry and enter order information into the system using Camelot/Microsoft Navision.
+ Provide warehouse teams with client orders.
Essential Skills
+ Order processing and entry experience, preferably in an industrial or 3PL setting.
+ Knowledge of SAP (or similar systems such as Oracle or AS400).
+ Experience with WMS systems and TMS is required.
+ Proven customer support experience.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
+ Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Customer orientation and adaptability to various characters.
Work Environment
The role is based within an office setting at an industrial or 3PL location. The work environment requires close collaboration with team members and frequent interaction with clients.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
