About the Role:
As a Clinical Director , you will:
- Lead and Supervise: Directly oversee and train primary care providers (PCPs) in your assigned center, ensuring top-notch clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care for acute and chronic conditions, manage complex cases, and collaborate with specialists as needed.
- Team Management: Lead your care team, including medical assistants and coordinators. Engage with hospitalists and transitional care teams for patients in various settings.
- Operational Leadership: Conduct weekly meetings, support center operations, and assist in recruiting and patient outreach.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty. Board certification preferred, Board eligibility required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred, especially within ChenMed.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.

Seeking a BC/BE Geriatric Medicine Physician who is intrinsically motivated to provide excellent care to older adults in Columbus, OH.
Position Highlights:
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred
- Arabic speaking preferred but not required
- Highly qualified candidates may also be considered for a Center Medical Director position.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose patients at our local clinics
- Oversee, direct, and administer primary care
- Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication
- Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via canopy and greenway
- Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals
- Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team
- Other duties as assigned
