Job Description

Sr. Growth Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, revenue planning, and partner enablement for our Sage Intacct Value-Added Reseller (VAR) channel. This channel is a critical growth driver for Sage Intacct, expanding our reach into mid-market organizations that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP). These companies need powerful, scalable cloud financials and ERP solutions.
As the Intacct VAR portfolio scales, we face increasing complexity in aligning channel sales, partner marketing, and product teams to drive predictable growth. The Senior Manager will address this by leading focused execution, ensuring robust forecasting, and strengthening our collaboration with key VAR partners to expand market share and maximize customer lifetime value.
This role requires 3 days in office.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Channel GTM Strategy, Partner Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, ideally with SaaS or ERP solutions.
- Demonstrated success growing revenue through value-added reseller partnerships and aligning channel efforts to an established ICP.
- Deep understanding of Sage Intacct's market, mid-market buyer personas, and the commercial levers that drive channel success.
- Strong experience in pipeline forecasting, revenue planning, and QBR frameworks that improve execution and accountability.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the GTM strategy for the Intacct VAR channel, ensuring alignment with Sage Intacct's ICP and long-range growth objectives.
- Own revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting for the VAR channel. Partner closely with Commercial Operations, Finance, and Channel Sales to surface risks, identify opportunities, and drive timely course corrections.
- Build and maintain an actionable ICP-driven growth framework to help VARs target, acquire, and expand high-fit accounts.
- Design and deliver scalable partner enablement programs, co-selling motions, and co-marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline generation and deal velocity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve execution blockers and ensure VARs have clear messaging, sales plays, and product positioning that differentiate Sage Intacct in the market.
- Serve as the strategic advisor to the VP of VAR Channel and Regional Partner Managers on annual planning, territory strategy, partner health reviews, and business development initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and insights to enhance decision-making, forecast accuracy, and partner accountability.
- Represent the Intacct VAR channel in business reviews with senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations and performance insights.
