What We're Looking For
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be at the center of our user acquisition and funnel optimization strategy. Growth Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for inbound lead generation, demand generation, and brand awareness - but is ultimately responsible for driving Inbound pipeline and revenue from net new business. About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative marketer to drive growth for Wonder Project's streaming subscription on Prime Video through acquisition, engagement and retention.
Launching Fall 2025, Wonder's streaming service will offer 100+ highly curated movie and show titles, as well as original movies, shows and specials that align with Wonder's mission to entertain the world with courageous stories that inspire hope and restore faith in things worth believing in. Additionally, season 2 of Wonder's hit TV show, House of David, will premiere exclusively on Wonder's streaming service.
Reporting to the SVP of Performance Marketing, this role will own the day-to-day planning across paid, owned and earned media for the streamer, with direct responsibility and hands-on execution of paid media, DTC/website, lifecycle/customer marketing and overall campaign and project management to scale our subscriber base. This is a high-ownership role for a hands-on marketer who can balance strategy, execution, and partner management.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Media & Growth Marketing
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Amazon Ads, Meta, Google/YouTube, Connected TV, TikTok and other paid channels
- Optimize campaigns for subscriber acquisition, cost per acquisition and lifetime value
- Manage media budgets and performance against growth targets
- Test messaging, creative assets, audiences and campaign strategies to maximize ROI

We seek a Growth Manager to join our team as we continue to serve as a key partner in developing the expansion and retention strategies for the SMB companies in our current install base.
