What You’ll Do:
At Spotlight Media, there’s no rigid playbook—we do whatever it takes to help our brands succeed. As an Account Manager, you’ll own the client relationship end to end and drive growth through hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include:
- TikTok Shop Management
- Lead product selection and positioning.
- Build and manage client P&Ls to track performance and profitability.

The Demand Generation team sits within the Growth organization at Peacock. This team has two core focus areas:

Originate, sell, and deliver client programs that identify, validate, and scale new customer-led growth opportunities. Senior Managers are responsible for directing the strategic agenda, driving provocative and future-forward thinking, generating POV content, ensuring ideas are tested and refined with the right evidence, and guiding them to market launch and scale.
Key Responsibilities
+ Originate c-suite level work within an industry-specific context
+ Shape and sell customer growth work that spans across strategy and consulting and Song practices
+ Partner with client executives to define growth priorities that align to customer needs and market shifts.
+ Lead cross-functional teams in identifying high-value opportunities through customer insight, market analysis, and competitive scanning.
+ Apply proprietary, best-in-class protocols to rapidly test and validate concepts with real and synthetic customer input.
+ Prioritize initiatives based on evidence, impact potential, and scalability.
+ Guide go-to-market and scaling strategies for validated opportunities.
+ Mentor and coach team members to strengthen their strategic and client engagement skills.

Basic Qualifications
+ 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or product/service design and launch within the retail space.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in consulting engagements with measurable impact.
+ MBA or advanced degree in innovation, strategy, or related field a plus.
+ Track record in customer and market insight, concept validation, and scaling new propositions.
+ Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
