What you'll doAs a Growth Marketing Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will turn data into actionable insights to help optimize our demand engine. You will keep a pulse on Marketing KPIs across the lead funnel and be an authority in key areas of our Marketing performance, using your insights to guide strategic decisions, fine-tune go-to-market strategies, and help leadership tackle important business challenges. You'll also support our annual planning process, regular business reviews, and play a role in representing Marketing cross-functionally. This position will leverage your data expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on problem-solving to make an outsized impact and drive growth in the overall business.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Growth Insights and Analytics.
Responsibility
Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses to monitor lead health and impacts to pipeline performance
Support run-the-business reporting for QBRs, annual planning, and OKRs
Contribute to strategy development across Sales and Marketing pipeline efforts, balancing big-picture strategy with what can drive impact now
Support analysis on lead funnel performance, marketing efficiency, and attribution to deliver insights on spend and ROI
Leverage your business intelligence skills to bring data visualization to life, driving scalable insights and favorable reducing time to value
Work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams on complex projects and initiatives, helping ensure alignment and clarity on goals and deliverables
Assist cross-functional teams by providing tools and insights to support data-driven decisions
Manage moderately complex deliverables by gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, and driving data-driven decision-making processes
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bringBasic
- BA/BS degree in a business or quantitative field
- 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Marketing Analytics roles
- Fluent in SQL, with knowledge of relational databases and data warehouses
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other analysis tools
Preferred
- Experience in a SaaS company
- Experience working with senior leaders
- Comfort working in fast paced environments
- High degree of intellectual curiosity
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $94,000.00 - $136,600.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Growth & Performance Marketing Strategy
- Drive the DTC acquisition strategy across key channels including paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, SEO, and CRO.
- Oversee agency and internal team dynamics to reach performance KPIs (CPL, ROAS, lead volume, CVR).
- Manage budget pacing and channel allocations to foster growth efficiency.
- Champion the testing roadmap for campaigns and landing pages, promoting a data-driven growth mentality.
- Affiliate & eCommerce Expansion
- Develop and expand affiliate programs in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Implement and refine eCommerce strategies for growth in self-service acquisition.
- Set benchmarks and performance objectives for developing channels.
- Analytics, Insights, & Channel Optimization
- Utilize insights from internal teams and platforms to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion pathways.
- Leverage lead scoring analytics to prioritize high-value audiences and tailor messaging strategies.
- Offer strategic guidance on the development of lead scoring models to align with acquisition targets.
- Monitor KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis, translating insights into actionable steps for teams.
- Drive ongoing optimization in media efficiency, channel mix, and creative effectiveness.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the Growth team, facilitating day-to-day campaign management.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, MarTech, Analytics, and Customer Marketing teams to integrate growth initiatives across the customer journey.
- Align growth strategies with broader company sales, retention, and operational objectives.
- Act as a key thought partner to the SVP of DTC and VP of Marketing in channel strategies, vendor performance, and innovation in growth.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles with ownership over budgets and channels.
- Proven expertise in paid media (search/social), affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact), SEO fundamentals, and CRO practices.
- Experience in launching or scaling eCommerce or lead generation strategies within subscription or RMR models.
