  • Build and mentor a high-performing HTM team committed to operational excellence and innovation.

Qualifications"
  • Associates degree or technical certification in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred ).

  • 710 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology management or biomedical engineering, including team leadership.

  • Strong understanding of medical device networking, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks .

  • Demonstrated success managing multi-facility programs, budgets, and vendor performance.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with a passion for safe, reliable patient care.
