Key Responsibilities:-
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the hospitals HTM program .

Manage capital equipment planning, risk analysis, and technology integration strategies.

Build and mentor a high-performing HTM team committed to operational excellence and innovation.

Associates degree or technical certification in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred ).

710 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology management or biomedical engineering, including team leadership.

Strong understanding of medical device networking, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks .

Demonstrated success managing multi-facility programs, budgets, and vendor performance.
