The Opportunity:
  • Creatively source top-tier licensed behavioral health professionals using platforms like job boards, social media, referral networks, and your own ingenuity.
  • Conduct engaging and insightful candidate screenings to uncover the right skills, motivations, and cultural fit.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of clinicians-including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, licensed mental health counselors, Nurse Practitioners - Psychiatry, and more.
  • Partner closely with regional leaders to anticipate staffing needs and align talent strategies with care delivery goals.
  • Lead candidates through the hiring process from start to offer-coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, and managing negotiations.
  • Stay ahead of compliance requirements and ensure every hire aligns with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Keep candidate data organized and up to date using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and talent connections.
  • May perform other duties, as assigned.
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years' experience as a healthcare recruiter, ideally with a focus on behavioral health.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare licensure, healthcare hiring trends, workforce demands, and market dynamics.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and regional leadership.

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join our Value-Based Platform (VBP) Product Management team. In this role, you will lead the development and support the implementation of a dynamic care guideline solution, collaborating closely with clinicians and stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers. You will report directly to the VBP Head of Product and play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Development:
  • Leverage healthcare domain expertise and experience to collaborate with stakeholders across organizations to define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Establish close partnerships with technology and clinical content partners and guide evolution of the technology, efficiency in content delivery and prevent service disruptions for users.
  • Translate the product roadmap into measurable objectives and key results (OKRs) to guide prioritization and planning.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, manage stakeholder expectations and delivery timelines, ensuring the roadmap reflects customer priorities and business goals.
  • Serve as a thought partner and contributor into the overall Risant Value Based Platform (VBP) portfolio, developing strategies for product contribution into VBP goals for Total cost of care management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with clinical, technical, and leadership stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program management, managing approvals, escalations, and solution scope sign-offs.
  • Be accountable for key solution effectiveness metrics, user experience and satisfaction. Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product features and functionality.
  • Performance Management:
  • Monitor solution performance through data analysis and customer insights, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new solution launches and feature releases.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering technology and clinical content solutions in a healthcare payer or provider environment, or with a healthcare technology organization, delivering solutions to payer or provider environments
  • Working knowledge of use of evidence-based guideline solutions in payer and provider environments
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the solution delivery lifecycle/implementation lifecycle for comparable solutions within a payer or provider environment
  • Demonstrated experience in working with technology partners in delivering complex solutions within a payer or provider environment.
  • Business acumen – quantitative understanding of the value contributed by solutions delivered in a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration with a healthcare focus, Healthcare Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the use of and application of clinical decision support systems in multi-payer environments,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of using data to drive product decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Agile or other iterative product development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Confluence) and experience with user acceptance testing (UAT).

Additional Information

Compensation and Benefits: The projected base salary for this position ranges from $108,730 to $144,100, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable.

Training & Personal Development
+ Maintains current knowledge and required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations to provide such clinical services.
+ Maintains current knowledge and skills related to pharmacy and healthcare by reading pharmacy related journals, company publications, and communications. Maintains awareness of developments in retail and management and pursues best practices that would enhance performance.
+ Obtains necessary certifications, education credits and training, including learning modules, as required by the Company.
