As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or emergencies to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and granting entry as required.
- Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or other urgent situations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Job Qualifications
- Education from an accredited school of nursing that results in becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse
