As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or emergencies to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and granting entry as required.
  • Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or other urgent situations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

As a Registered Nurse Home Health Care Field Case Manager, you shall coordinate care, services, and scheduling for all patients, supervise LPN (licensed practical nurse) and HHA (Home Health Aide) staff, and provide in-service education to field nurses as requested by the clinical manager.
