**Lead Systems Engineer - Honeywell Forge & Dashboard** You will report directly to our Director Field Service Eng and work out of our Texas or Charlotte location on a remote work schedule. In this role, you will drive the success of our engineering operations by ensuring system designs align with Honeywell's quality standards and industry best practices, while leading the integration of Honeywell Forge KPI dashboards, analytics solutions, and cloud-based data platforms to deliver actionable insights and improve operational efficiency. **(PVF and Flow Control)** to fill an immediate need for an established customer base in Wilmington, NC. We are looking for someone who can continue to build on the relationships we have in this market and be technical with customer support leveraging a wide variety of Industrial Products.
This is a field-based sales role supporting customers in the greater Charlotte, NC market. This person needs to live in the Charlotte area. A fuel card, auto allowance, travel and expense card, company cell phone & laptop will be provided.
**Responsibilities**
+ This associate will be the tip of the spear of our sales organization and responsible for closing orders and making deals happen every single day.
+ Primary responsibility is individually delivering revenue and profits to the organization.
+ Primary customer base will be contractors and end users. You must be technical in your sales approach.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base, while working with other branch associates to ensure happiness with our products and services, from the order to the delivery and beyond.
+ Identifies and actively pursues new business opportunities to expand the current customer base by working with management in developing sales strategies and new account targeting.
+ Perform various duties including product quotation and problem resolution.
+ Analyzes competition in territory, devise sales strategy, and communicate sales strategy to management.
+ Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.
+ Complete Sales Reports and submit to management weekly. 15 mins or less to complete.
+ Work hard to meet budgeted sales goal set collaboratively with management team.
**Qualifications**
+ A minimum of 5 years industry related sales experience is preferred
+ A successful associate will be results oriented, self-motivated, able to complete tasks in a timely manner, build relationships and enjoy a team environment

**This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $80,000 - $140,000+ annually.**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Control Engineer to join our team in Dallas, NC. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to provide technical and engineering support for automated industrial machinery, industrial electronic controls, and process automation systems. If you have a strong background in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and electrical system troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, read, modify, and troubleshoot electrical schematics , fluid power schematics (hydraulics/pneumatics) , and P&ID schematics according to IEC and NFPA standards .
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC programs in Siemens (SCL, FBD, Ladder Logic, Statement List), Allen Bradley, and other platforms.
  • Write and modify code in C++, C#, Java, Python, Visual Basic, and SQL .
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot HMI and SCADA systems including Siemens WinCC, Panel Builder 32, and Inductive Automation.
  • Install, commission, repair, and troubleshoot industrial machinery, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and communication systems .
  • Upgrade and retrofit obsolete control systems, creating custom modifications as needed.
  • Train and mentor technicians, apprentices, and interns on electrical, programming, and fluid power systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of PPE .
  • Work independently or travel to multiple sites with tools as required.
  • Serve as a resource for production staff across departments and facilities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise mechatronics/controls technician apprentices.
  • Occasionally mentor seasonal interns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Associate of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience/certifications.
  • Experience: 10+ years in industrial automation , PLC programming, HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial control troubleshooting.
  • Certifications: Siemens or Allen Bradley programming certifications preferred. State-issued electrical license a plus.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical preferred.
  • Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and programming logic .
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills in electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly with teams, management, and cross-functional departments.

Technical Skills:

  • PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, industrial communication protocols
  • Programming languages: Siemens SCL, FBD, Ladder Logic, Statement List; Allen Bradley Structured Text; C++, C#, Java, Python, Visual Basic, SQL
  • Fluid power systems: hydraulics and pneumatics
  • SCADA platforms: Siemens WinCC, Inductive Automation
  • Testing and diagnostic tools: oscilloscopes, thermal imagers, vibration analyzers, megohmmeters, and data loggers

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
