The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $96,300 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Overview
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team on an upcoming Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) J-3/5/7 Operations and Strategic Support contract based at DISA Headquarters, Fort Meade, MD and MacDill AFB, FL, with flexible telework options. This opportunity involves supporting DISA's J-3/5/7 Directorate, which directs and synchronizes the DISA Network (DISN) to enable Joint Cyberspace Operations. The contractor will contribute to operational planning, strategic initiatives, program assessment, and task order management across four major task areas. Responsibilities include developing cyber operation plans, supporting DISA planning groups, advising senior leaders, delivering key policy documents and assessments, coordinating strategic communications, and supporting governance processes.
This position offers remote work flexibility.
Duties & Responsibilities- Develops strategic plans and performance measures.
- Conducts long-term analysis and supports enterprise-level initiatives.
- Prepares roadmaps, capability plans, and planning briefs.
- Provides subject matter expertise to align initiatives with agency goals.
- Assists with development of DISA J-3/5/7 strategic planning products.
- Tracks performance measures and aligns efforts with long-term organizational goals.
- Supports DISA's Enterprise Planning & Management governance structure.
- Prepares strategy maps, long-range plans, and implementation guides.
- Facilitates working groups and provides inputs to executive-level reviews.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience.

The Assoc. Spclst, Strategic Planning will support the Strategy Realization Office in executing and monitoring strategic initiatives across the organization. You will gain hands-on experience in strategy execution, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the overall success of our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to strategic initiatives.

- Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate communication between different departments and project teams.
- Support stakeholder engagement efforts by organizing workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions.
- Assist in the development of communication materials related to strategic initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement
- Research best practices in strategy execution and organizational change management.
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and methodologies within the Strategy Realization Office.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills.
Administrative Support
- Maintain documentation and records related to strategic projects.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for strategic initiatives.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the Strategy Realization Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Administration, Management, or a related field.
