**Position Summary**
The Sr Manager, Behavioral Health Partner Innovation Strategy will report to strategy & product within Aetna's Mental Well-being organization. They will be responsible for coordinating across various functional partners to support the strategy and execution of new and existing strategic partnerships. This includes supporting the development of partnership strategy and evaluation of new partnership opportunities to align with strategic initiatives.
+ Leads internal and external partners and stakeholders on a regular basis to evaluate opportunities for partner value optimization and strategic partnerships opportunities/management.
+ Supports behavioral health strategic initiatives by executing partnership strategy and identifying opportunities for expansion/enhancement of capabilities/shared value.

+ Partners with cross functional teams, business areas, business segments to ensure all workflow processes and interdependences are identified and addressed.
+ Leads business activities related to partnership development/management and establishes strong partnerships with national behavioral health network team, behavioral health clinical partners, and line of business leaders to drive execution of strategic partnerships.
+ Build strategic market and competitive analysis to drive identification and implementation of external opportunities and new innovations aligning to strategic needs of the organization.
+ Represents company with high visibility constituents, including strategic provider partners and customers.
+ Align with multi-year strategic priorities of the Mental Well-being organization and identify gaps and opportunities to drive new partnerships.
+ Optimizes interaction with assigned partners and internal business partners to facilitate relationships and ensure partner needs are met.
+ Proactively identifies barriers, risks and, unmet needs as well as mitigating strategies in escalating to leadership as appropriate.
**Required Qualifications**
+ 5 to 7 years of experience in vendor management/contracting, provider partnership development, and procurement
+ 2 to 4 years of experience in mental or behavior health
+ 3 to 5 years stakeholder management - experience with leading, creating and delivering executive presentations providing support material to successfully implement strategy or change initiatives.
+ Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word)
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectually, and meeting deadlines
+ Demonstrated relationship management skills at peer levels within an organization and external constituents.
+ Experience working with technology professionals
+ Experience with small or mid-sized cross-functional initiatives, with a moderate degree of complexity.
**Preferred Qualifications**

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.

The IBM Innovation Studio Austin will be one of IBM's premier Innovation Studios in North America and routinely will host the CxO Suite of the top companies. The Engagement Leader is an onsite Studio-based role responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of Client and Business Partner Engagements that generate business for IBM. Innovation Studio is an integral part of the Demand Funnel, and we're looking for the best people with diverse skills and experiences to complement the studio team and serve as front line ambassadors for IBM.
**Your role and responsibilities**
The Innovation Studio Engagement Leader leads and facilitates client and partner engagements to identify and progress opportunities to grow business with IBM. To do this effectively, the Engagement Leader will have a well-rounded view of IBM's portfolio, be an effective listener, a proactive collaborator, and able to bring new and creative ideas to deliver impactful outcomes.
Engagement Leader responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Ownership and management of client and business partner engagements end-to-end, including, but not limited to: (1) building engagement team; (2) designing overall agenda and experiences; (3) engaging with SMEs on topic selection and content; (4) demonstrating solution storytelling showcases and interactive experiences; (5) framing and facilitating workshops to generate new ideas; and (6) owning follow-up actions post-engagement
* Coordinate with Innovation Studio Experience Lead and Concierge to ensure seamless delivery of the overall client and business partner experience
* Collaborate with Innovation Studio Solution Architect to ensure coverage of technical aspects of client and business partner engagements
* Schedule and lead initial intake calls, SME prep sessions, retrospectives, and follow up discussions, and track results in the engagement management system
* Collaborate with sellers and partners to further develop opportunities and plan next steps

We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Whole Foods Market Growth & Innovation team supporting Whole Foods Market and Amazon Retail Development projects. Reporting to the Executive Leader, the role will be responsible for supporting a small team that works cross-functionally with stakeholders throughout Whole Foods Market and Amazon to launch new stores. This role will be responsible for executing go-to market plans, including merchandising assortment, supply chain execution, and operations.
