**Job Description**

Fluor is currently seeking a record-keeping administrator in our Law Department. This position will be located at the Dallas Headquarters' office in Irving, Texas and will provide support to the Paralegals and to the Billing Analyst within the Law Department.
This position will be in-office 5 days per week.
Responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Maintenance of corporate minute books and related files
- Preparation of resolutions, officer certificates and meeting minutes
- Physical and electronic filing of resolutions and related correspondence, agreements, documents and other corporate records
- Filing of annual renewals and reports
- Managing and updating director and officer information
- Working with affiliates and service providers globally in the management of corporate enterprise records
- Data entry and records management, with high level of efficiency and accuracy
- Processing of invoices
- Tracking and administering agreements with law firms and service providers
- Other duties as assigned
**Basic Job Requirements**
- High School or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in professional office environment or combination of work experience and higher education
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Products (including Office, Teams, Word, Excel and OneDrive)
- Experience in filing and data entry
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors

Job Purpose: The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for conducting cycle counts and bin location audits, assisting in researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies and working with the Inventory Supervisor/Manager in any inventory related functions concerned with inventorying materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in stockroom, warehouse, or yard.
