Inventory Account Management

This position is an integral member of the Sales and Marketing Group. This position works closely with all Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Manufacturing.

The Inventory Account Managment is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction, striving for “error free” order administration and customer responsiveness. In this position the incumbent strives to be a role model and leader that values the need to quickly resolve problems and make informed decisions.

This position has the responsibility to align with the customer service strategic plan and can take on special assignments as the needs arise.

This position may reside in Newark DE

Responsibilities:

• Takes initiative, works to creatively exceed customer service standards in accordance with company strategies, values and polices.
• Operates with a high degree of professionalism.
• Maintains customer relationships with specific customers, prospects, and reps, as well as monitors the status of orders and follow-up as needed.
• Ensures customer service performance goals are met.
• Ensures an effective balance exists between available inventories, production schedules and customer demands.
• Works in support of resolving customer service-related issues, with urgency.
• Works in collaboration in the establishment of the customer service operating plans/budgets and manages them to ensure cost target and business objectives are met.
• Manages the daily activities of customer service representatives.
• Requests, receives, and reviews purchase orders from customers.
• Coordinates with appropriate departments and personnel to meet customer requirements.
• Communicates and interacts regularly with internal and external customers.
• Monitors status of open orders confirms shipping dates and communicates problems and delays to customers and management when necessary.

• Provide proforma invoices, corrections, credits, and debits as needed or as directed by Sales.
• Processes and coordinates customer issues or complaints; returns and replacement orders for materials damaged in transit or rejected by customers to include communicating with customers and company personnel.
• Responds to customer inquiries and complaints utilizing other company personnel as required.
• Handles issues related to order entry, work order, invoicing, and shipping.
• Maintain customer and department filing and archiving systems; keep records of customer transactions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Provide material information sheets upon request.
• Handles all calls from customers, Sales, and internal contacts.
• Enters various data into the SAP system to include revised customer data.
• Provide customers with status of corrective actions, documents (packing list, bill of lading, COA, ASN, COO, USMCA, etc.)
• Performs duties of other Customer Service Representatives as needed in their absence.
• Manage time and tasks with little or no supervision.
• Create and maintain e-mail distribution lists in SAP, account procedures, customer material master records.
• Performs necessary inventory transfer, request pallet re-labeling or secures waiver from customer.
• Engage in call report meetings via Teams with Sales and customer.
• Assist Sales and customer regarding aging inventory management.
• Maintain training modules and file management systems.
• All other tasks that might be requested.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is required (Associate’s degree is preferred).
• Knowledge of business and communication principles involved in customer relationship management.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in customer service function is required.
• Strong customer management background is required.
• Strong relationship building skills are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong numerical and reasoning abilities.
• Strong data reporting and computer skills.
• Must have a clear/strong understanding of customer service technologies, quality improvement techniques and initiatives.

As part of the Inventory Management Applications Suite, Senior Application Developer is responsible for leading very high volume / low latency enterprise multi-tiered Java applications to provide cutting edge solutions for the Stock Record and related Application in the Capital Markets domain while following the industry best practices and Citi standards.
The primary responsibility will be leading the design and development and providing Level 3 support for these applications. Coordination between stakeholders and teams; thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential. As a Senior Application Developer, the candidate must have a strong emphasis on Microservice architecture and design patterns, who can lead the deliverable activities, analysis of the business requirement, architecting and the building of the solution (conceptualize, design and development of the solution) while working and collaborating with a distributed team of developers working simultaneously on different application layers towards developing enterprise solutions for large projects. Collaborating with various internal teams and stakeholders is a must to provide best solutions and support.

**Responsibilities**
+ **Provide application management and solution technology leadership:**
+ Responsible for design and leading development as a full stack java architect to build very high-volume, low-latency enterprise applications that can adapt and scale to changing market conditions.
+ Responsible for delivery of application technology solutions and data information planning effort, owns the technical development environment and works with the Enterprise team to deliver in a fast-paced time bound manner.

+ Migration of application functionalities that are part of large monolithic systems, running on WebLogic, into an ecosystem of Microservices using the latest technologies, and/or a combination of microservices and monoliths where applicable.
+ Understanding the client requirements and envision the solution that can be captured as respective user stories in JIRA.
+ Understanding the impact of adapting different architectures and designs and present the same to all relevant stakeholders.
+ Management of both functional and technical requirements while deciding on technical solutions.
+ Development of solutions following established technical design, application development standards and quality processes in projects.
+ Building test automation suites to reduce the regression effort of the QA team.
+ Identification of existing system bottlenecks and deficiencies, devise and implement robust solutions to address these shortcomings.

+ Provide oversight of design and implementation reviews during the lifecycle of a project for key initiatives before they go into production to ensure Operational Readiness
+ Provide reviews of existing solutions including tracking/remediating issues and gaps for resiliency, risk and performance
+ Ensure technology roadmaps align appropriately to business strategies and plans
+ Work with Production Service/Support to resolve issues
+ Stay up to date with new development tools and strategies
+ Inspire other development resources with best practices and process improvement within Inventory Management Application team, Operation Solution team and Citi organization

**Required Skills**
+ BS/MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
+ 6-10 years of experience as a Senior Java Developer with hands on end-to-end solutions.
+ Applicant must have senior technical project leadership capability, the ability to understand technology requirements, should be highly innovative and motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task a must.
+ Role requires overcoming obstacles through collaboration, research/ testing and communication with ability to negotiate solutions.
+ Individual must have experience working in a 'Global' environment providing daily support to multiple competing priorities.
+ Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
+ 8+ years of Oracle RDBMS design and development skills with excellent knowledge in store procedures, PL/SQL, triggers and performance tuning

We're looking for a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Implementation Specialist with experience integrating ERP and WMS platforms-ideally someone who's worked with Acumatica ERP and Savant WMS, though similar systems would be fine. This person will also be responsible for documenting warehouse procedures and providing ongoing support to our warehouse team after implementation.
It's a big plus if they're familiar with barcode scanners, Zebra printers, and labeling standards like license plate labels and GS1.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the implementation and integration of WMS with ERP systems
+ Collaborate with internal teams to define and document warehouse procedures and workflows
+ Configure and test WMS functionalities to meet operational requirements
+ Train warehouse employees on system usage, barcode scanning, and label printing

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Inventory optimization:
Run scenario in Demand Planning systems (MCA) to propose and launch new inventory management
strategies to leadership
Manage projects to reduce the number of service level failures on a long term basis (ex: drop shipment
analysis)
Lead the inventory management project with the research laboratory with INSA Lyon
Track related metrics for overall service level, total inventory (dollar value), number of parts, service level
within region, accuracy of forecast, etc.
Optimize inventory in distribution centers to support customer service objectives in each region and World Wide.
Forecast demand of spares parts.
Participate/Facilitate cross functional World Wide meetings related to Demand Planning requirements
Manage target stock level overrides, validate target stock levels, adjust forecast parameters, and analyze
suspect demand.
Review and manage business rules and network segments related to Demand Planning
Spares provisioning for new aircraft models
Engage in Business Information systems implementation (SAP, SPM…)
Engage in cross-functional projects (warranty inventory process, operations project …)
Monitor retrofit programs progress:
Interact with DAFS to define the correct pool of inventory, validate FSA release and follow up on current
retrofit
Prepare C-check with DFJ Engineering and RSP
Coordinate with front line to prioritize the customers and meet required date
Coordinate with rotable buyer to expedite the critical repair orders
Other duties may be assigned by management in order to meet department or business objectives

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

BA in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar relevant field
Five years material planning experience with a minimum of two years in an aviation related industry using an
automated inventory management system (i.e. MRP/ERP, SAP, MCA or DRP)
Demonstrated Project management and leadership skills
Proven skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
Expert level in Excel, Access or equivalent BI tool (Qlik Sense)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent presentation skills

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position typically falls between $75,000 and $85,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible for a sign on bonus, shift differential or relocation assistance. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.

• 3+ years of related experience in materials management and/or supply chain within cGMP operations. Cell therapy experience preferred.

• Experience in material planning and/or finite scheduling in a medium to high volume environment.

• Flexible and comfortable working with ambiguity. Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory requirements (EMA, TGA).

The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned supply chain leader with extensive experience in high-growth, international environments.
