The Legal Support Lead Officer is a senior level, non-attorney role, responsible for providing legal support to the Citi Legal team. This role requires a pragmatic, proactive professional with thorough understanding of the Citi Legal Team. The overall objective of this role is to provide support to the Legal Team. This position is in the Inventory Management, Oversight and Execution team in Legal Regulatory Requirements and Obligations.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for legal support activities related to legal operations, litigation/discovery/settlements or negotiation and contract administration
+ Responsible for maintaining content within the inventory based on ticket requests received, control execution and special projects
+ Manages the execution, review, processing and tracking of legal documentation and records, executes transactions and completes varied work requests from multiple sources that may be complex in character and have tight deadlines
+ Participates in legal programs and projects to achieve coordinated and efficient process improvements and legal support solutions; liaises with other control/functional businesses in support of initiatives
+ Interacts with senior leaders, internal and external peers to gather information and works closely with the team's management to determine legal solutions
+ Continuously stays informed of regulatory changes, new regulations, internal policy changes and developments in the law
+ Conducts independent research, investigations and analysis, applying institutional knowledge and knowledge of laws, rules and regulations, to support in the identification of legal solutions situations or to formulate an approach or strategy
+ Applies in-depth understanding of how associated risks differ depending on product and documentation envisaged in relevant jurisdiction(s) and provides advice to the Risk function and business partners accordingly
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 6-10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably with some experience working in an in-house legal role within financial services
+ Ability to manage complex documentation with organization and detail
+ Must possess excellent interpersonal and project management skills, as well as the ability to interact and communicate effectively with Senior management
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
+ In-depth knowledge of legal customs and practices
+ Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry

The Supply Chain Analyst is an established performer that works to facilitate and support Customer Service and the Distribution Centers. This role supports the supply chain network through data analysis and projects in alignment with the strategic plans and service goals.
**Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:**
+ Work on projects and assignments as part of a work team.
+ Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
+ Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges.
+ Conduct analysis, integration, and coordination of various elements in assigned area of supporting supply chain
+ Collaborate with necessary functions/positions to develop, monitor, and improve reporting
+ Help analyze and recommend improvements on business processes related to data.
+ Maintain, improve, and provide recommendations on the assigned Supply Chain function using BI software, SF dashboards, & SAP ECC reporting.
+ Develop new processes and procedures to deliver value-added supply chain analytical services to support management decision making process.
+ Monitor output and drive continuous improvement with each defined metric. Recommend new ways to track CS Service Level Agreements & performance of orders/cases.
+ Review existing Domo cards and root analyze data anomalies, gather requirements for new historical reporting needs & improve current data requirement structures.
+ May be responsible for additional responsibilities as defined by area such as sales operations planning and freight.
+ Perform other duties as needed.
**Required Experience and Education:**
+ Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
+ 2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
**Competencies:**
+ Extensive understanding of warehousing, inventory management, and the movement of goods.
+ The ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
+ Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
+ Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
+ High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
+ Proficient using Microsoft Excel, WMS, SAP-ECC
**Other Pertinent Job Information:**
+ Requires Travel to Distribution Centers for Audits 10%
+ Must be able to lift 50 lbs

**Job Description**
Supply Chain Manager positions offered by Safran USA, Inc. (Irving, TX). Manages global supplier performance from business initiation to mass production. This includes but is not limited to obtain, implement, track supplier improvement plan, continuously improve in order to guarantee cost, quality, and on time delivery performance is in line with final customer expectation. Also, ensure global supplier supply chain representative improvement action cohesion. Coordinates rate readiness activities (risk analysis, baselines, run rates, maturity and capacity audits) to secure the supplier long term industrial coherence to the customer needs, in order to secure deliveries and quality during the all-program life. Supports other supply chain representative in their missions, purchasing, quality, procurement, critical care, etc. Ensure contractual expectations with suppliers. Understand demands from customers and responsible for the coordination of the relationship between Safran and the supplier. Visit suppliers and at completion of each trip provide a visit report. Continuous Improvement/Maturity of Supply Chain and Processes. Rate Readiness baselines and actions, conduct audits and create action plan(s) and follow-up. Create risk analysis and action plan(s). Project management. Ensure adherence to Safran processes and procedures.
**Job Requirements**
Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology/Management or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a global supplier performance role within aerospace industry. Stated experience must include: SAP ERP software; CPIM/APICS Certified; aerospace manufacturing or production management experience; Green Belt certification and project management training; and Supply Chain methods and practices (Line of Balance, procurement, waterfall, load and capacity, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis or equivalent methods and practices.) Must be willing to travel domestically 40% of working time and internationally 10% of working time.
