This role is eligible to participate in ALDI's Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).

Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
+ 2+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or supply chain software
+ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
+ Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments
+ Familiarity with supply chain certifications (APICS, CPIM, CSCP)
+ Experience using systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar
