We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Financial Consultant to join our Wholesale Finance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, the month end close process and the accurate and timely preparation of reports and data for internal and external use as it relates to the line of businesses supported. **Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for monthly forecasting and the annual budgeting processes using financial systems and spreadsheet models, working closely with Senior Leadership to develop accurate and actionable financial plans
+ Perform variance analysis, identify key drivers of performance opportunities and risks, and provide insightful commentary to explain financial results to management
+ Present financial information to Senior Leadership
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators and financial metrics
+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, creating charts and visual presentations to highlight trends and foster understanding
+ Support various stakeholders across the organization by reporting and tracking business drivers, financial impacts, and progression toward strategic objectives

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

**Salary Range Information**

**Virtual Financial Consultant**
The Virtual Financial Consultant provides virtual counseling for all participants, new entrants, prospects, beneficiaries and their legal and financial representatives on the complete spectrum of TIAA products and services. This job covers institutions aligned to regional structures and offers financial planning advice via in person, phone and video chat to help clients accomplish their immediate and long-term financial goals.
During your initial period of employment, you will receive training on TIAA's products and the role will be non-exempt - meaning you will be paid on an hourly basis and eligible for overtime pay. **Job Description:**
At Regions, the Technology Portfolio Liaison supports the intake of initiatives from technology and the business unit to help determine capacity and sequencing. This role executes intake, prioritization, and impact assessment activities in accordance with policies and standards.
