**Function Job Description**
An internship within Mondelēz International Finance is generally a 10-12-week assignment. The assignment will provide candidates an experience focused on developing knowledge within the area of Finance (FP&A, Reporting, Growth, HUB, etc.) Individuals may be exposed to many facets of Finance including:
+ Works under the supervision of a Business Unit Leader
+ Assistance in the preparation of monthly or weekly financial reports
+ Develop and utilize spreadsheets, databases, and other computer applications
+ Manage specialized information, reports, projects within the Finance realm
+ Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes

**Skills and Specifications **
+ Expertise in numbers and good math skills are very important.
+ The interns must have knowledge of the basic principles and practices of accounting and financial analysis.
+ Must be able to collect, evaluate and interpret data, in both statistical and narrative form.
+ Should be capable of preparing files and maintaining records and documentation.
+ Should have good written and oral communication skills.
+ Other skills required are related to problem solving, entering, and verifying data, knowledge of computers, various software applications and standard office equipment.
**Requirements and Preferred Qualifications**
+ Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in: Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related majors

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to the investment solutions business team, focusing on managed investment solutions.
- Address SEC regulatory and bank regulatory issues impacting investment advisers.
- Assist with regulatory inquiries, examinations, and business/regulatory-driven projects.
- Support the business in new product development and launches.
- Negotiate agreements, including third-party manager agreements.
- Prepare disclosures for regulatory documents, including Form ADV brochures.
- Advise on legal issues relevant to discretionary investment management, asset allocation, and due diligence.
- Provide insight on product distribution to clients.
- Collaborate with other legal department members and control functions to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with other divisions of the Private Bank, US Wealth Management, and International Private Bank.
- Assist the legal team overseeing J.P. Morgan Wealth Management proprietary mutual funds.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of investment management experience with a law firm and/or investment management firm.
- Licensed attorney in good standing in the state/jurisdiction of the position or compliant with in-house counsel registration rules.
- Knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and relevant aspects of the Securities Act.
- Ability to advise on regulatory landscape and developments.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new areas of the law.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and/or Part 9 bank fiduciary.
- Experience in preparing fund disclosure documents and board meeting materials.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience in advising on product distribution strategies.
- Familiarity with wealth management platforms and solutions.
